Hotellihuone oli hyvän kokoinen ja sijainti oli loistava. Ei ollut vastaanottoaulaa.Ovet olivat auki yötä päivää ja kaikkien huoneiden avaimet lojuivat eteisen pöydällä?Keittiössä olisi mielestämme pitänyt olla asiaankuuluvat perustuotteet kuten suola ja sokeri, kunnollisen kokoinen kattila ja ehjä paistinpannu.Mikro toimi todella huonosti ja tv:n kaukosäädin ei toiminut lainkaan.Siivojat vaihtoivat pyyhkeet joka päivä mutta mitään muuta he eivät tehneet |

Location, value, comfortable room layout, bathroom faciliites. Although there were no staff members on-site (they are based at the Hotel Astoria, another property owned by the same family), the phone attendant was very helpful and eager to be of assistance. The heating system did not work very well but this issue was addressed with a space heater. Carpet could be cleaner and newer bed sheets would have been appreciated. |

Nicely prepared room and keys to enter, quite and great space. Fantastic location. Too far to the main hotel where they served breakfast but close to patiserie where we picked up pastries. |

Good value for money. The decor is somewhat dated and worn. Although it was an apartment with cooking facilities, there was no cooker. When checking out, if you want to pay with a different card than wich you booked with, you need to go to another hotel which is a 15 minute walk away. |

No body at the reception any time. They were supposed to at least leave the key to me but they did not. There were a sign far away from the reception saying that guests could call the receptionist by intercom but there was no phone in the reception. We ended up pick up a key ramdomly & entered a room to make the call. Also, internet was not working because of too many users even in low season. |
