Wellness findet im Hotel Heiden in einer schönen, stilvollen und ruhigen Umgebung statt. Nicht Erlebnis und Abenteuer orientiert. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist grosszügig und gut. Am Tag der Abreise ist es möglich, den ganzen Tag noch den Wellnessbereich zu benützen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, aber drängen sich nicht auf.älteren Menschen, zum Teil an Krücken, wird ganz natürlich und mit Geduld geholfen, ohne ihnen ihre Selbstständigkeit zu nehmen. (Im Hotel Heiden finden auch Therapien statt) Wir vermissten nur die Appenzellerbiberli als Begrüssung, die es immer gegeben hat.

ik had een mooie hotel verwacht op de site leek het mooie dan in werkelijkheid. had een iets meer zakelijk hotel gewenst maar dit was niet het geval. als je hier komt alleen voor wellness dan zit je goed.parkeren was problematiscgh

Spa-Anlage ist sehr schön gemacht. Abwechslungsreich. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Bodensee. Flyer können Hotelgäste gratis benützen, es gibt sehr schöne Touren durch das Appenzellerland. Zimmer eher Biedermeier-mässig. Könnte modernisiert werden. Kurort daher fühlen sich vielleicht nicht alle jungen Leute wohl, sollte mitbedacht werden.

La vue et la partie Wellness Parfois j'avais l'impression d'être dans un hôpital car il y avait beaucoup de clients avec des béquilles. Je pense que c'est aussi un centre de réhabilitation.

I have changed a room with a view, it was spectacular. Strongly recommend to book a room with view. Location is excellent, room was very clean and well organized. Loved breakfast. Recommend for people who is looking for weekend break, would like to have a very relaxed day off. Wouldn't recommend for someone who is willing to have a night time fun, or shopping, as there won't be many restaurants and shops. Spa and massage services seem pretty decent, but couldn't afford the cost. If you have some more extra money, recommend to have a go as well.

Das gesamt sehr freundliche Hotelpersonal inkl. Wellnessbereich.Selten anzutreffen, so viel Freundlichkeit. Leider ist das Durchschnittsalter relativ hoch und ein Gespräch an der Bar, die es zwar hat aber von niemandem benutzt wird hat es auch. Schade. So kommt fast keine zwischenmenschliche Beziehung zu stande.

Das Hotel bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick, sehr gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir konnten einen wunderschönen Abend in entsannender Atmosphäre geniessen.

Små rum , aldeles för varmt anpassat för äldere som vill ha det varmt och skönt, jag var tvungen att ha fönstret öppet och då mitt rum låg mot gatan var det ganska störande med biltrafiken , parkeringsmöjligheterna var inte bra, jag fick en anvisad p plats på gården men då det inte var någon ordning på parkerandet och anna stod på min anvisade plats var jag tvungen att parkera på gatan , villket medförde att bilen måste flyttas senast kl 8.00 annars böter.

Personale molto gentile. Camere pulite. Ottima colazione a buffet. La parte delle saune è bellissima. Ottima posizione nel verde e con vista sul lago di Costanza. Ho soggiornata diverse volte in alberghi con piscine e Wellness. Mi aspettavo almeno una piscina con acqua calda all'aperto, ma c'era soltanto un Wirlpool. Confrontando con altri alberghi, il prezzo è troppo alto.

schönes, ruhiges, konfortables Zimmer und ein sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet mit grandioser Aussicht. Sehr freundliches Personal mit dem WLAN sind wir nicht zurechtgekommen, aber das ist wahrscheinlich eher unser Problem
