Generally, cleanliness, facilities and the breakfast were all OK. The local bus pass and the minibar were welcome. Slightly overpriced, if anything. |

We slept withthe window open and liked the cool breeze. Was close to the train and the ship docks. Needed to be up dated and the rooms on the reaception level should have been aired out every morning early before it got warm. |

This was a one night stopover en-route to Italy so no longer term views. We were impressed by the helpfulness of all hotel staff and liked the availability of secure underground parking. Good location for access to local restuarants and Lake Geneva. |

The space and the dining room. The breakfast was good and the staff courteous and efficient. The reception staff were not very welcoming. Overall, the hotel is clean and spacious but needs some updating in terms of internet access and room decor. |

The size of the family room we had was great. Overall the hotel is old and in need of cosmetic renovation. |

The room was very spacious and a great view, two blocks from the Lake. Short walk from train station too. The hotel provides Riviera passes good for free bus rides and other discounts. |

General ambiance. Helpful staff. Great location. Check-in/out and facilities provided all worked well. Main bed is not as comfortable as should be for this level of hotel. Lack of in-room tea/ coffee was a little annoying. Lack of infornation on locale services (eg nearest supermarket, fruiterer or patisserie). |

The roof top terrace, the buffet breakfast and the excellent location in the centre of Montreux Lack of parking, over price, hot rooms without fans/air conditioning, need to be refurbished |

Very helpful friendly staff. The room and bathroom was very clean. the room was fairly basic and we felt not very good value for the price. It is an old style hotel which is clean but old fashioned. |
