easy airport access thanks to frequent shuttle, very nice hotel with a comfortable bed, top-notch facilities, and high standards of cleanliness. Nice also to have a non-smoking room in Switzerland. Too expensive. Breakfast and internet should be included in the price. |

Poor air conditioning in the unrenovated part. Dirty bed linen, carpet stains and cigarette burns on the furniture. Will go back to the Best Western Airport next time. |

The forest walking path around the hotel. It was a 2 star hotel, at 5 star prices. I realize it's in Switzerland, around a busy airport while the Euro Cup was on. But still at that price I would expect it to have an indoor pool. Also, the carpet was pretty much threadbare and badly needed replacing. I expected more out of a Hilton branded hotel. |

Based on the fact the hotel is under renovation and the room offered was a very old room(all still well functioning) the room was charged as a modern room and it certainly did not meet modern standards that could be expected off this hotel! |
