staff is very nice, Breakfast is ok, nature and the view of the hotel is beautiful. Our room was not clean when we got there and we got the smallest room of the hotel although they all cost the same price. |

I like the location, I can see very beautifull panorama from the hotel. And very near to Mt. Pilatus. The Transportation to this hotel in not that easy, not many Taxi know this place, but once again it's a perfect location for me. Should be more sign to the location of the Hotel |

Hotel staff is so nice. Hotel services are good. The view from the Hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Curtains are required on top floor room windows so that we can sleep happily during night. Because till 10.30 or 11.30 the outside balcony lights are on which cannot be switched off from inside the room. It may be difficult for People without car as the hotel is on the top of the hill and it is expensive to reach the hotel by taxi. |

nice rooms, nice place really poor breakfast, they served rests from breakfast of other guests, I have never seen anything similar, also one of the staff serviced breakfast in unclean home dress |

Gute Lage. Nur 4 km nacvh Luzern. Etwas abgelegen auf einem Berg in Kriens. Dafür schön ruhig. Mitarbeiter sind nett aber etwas gestresst. |

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Luzern angemessen. Freundlichkeit und persönliche Atmosphäre. Sauberkeit im Zimmer (Spinnweben im Wohnzimmer und mangelnde Badhygiene) liess leider zu wünschen übrig - dies ist ein Grundstandard, der vom Preis unabhängig sein sollte. |

Che ti fanno prenotare all'hotel himmerlrich poi ti dicono che a 90fr puoi dormire in una dependance dell'hotel che si trova a 10 kg e invece se vuoi dormire li , dove ho prenotato , devo pagare 110 fr. |
