The Hirschen was charming, historic and comfortable with beautiful views of the Jungfrau. The breakfast room is very cute and the food was very good. It's a 10 minute walk to town but the bus stops accross the street and is very easy to use. |

It's ok for this hotel compare to price. It's far from the train station(Interlaken West). It's stay between Interlaken West and Interlagen Ost. You need to walk for 15 minutes to both train station. The shower area is too small for tall people. shower area |

The staff were very kind and helpful, the place was neat and certainly had a traditional feeling to it - in a nice way of course. The rooms were in good condition and were spotless! Food in the hotel was very well made and were reasonably priced. All in all, a very enjoyable stay! |

Location Hotel is on first floor, room are on second, no lift, so climb two stories on a narrow creaky wooden staircase to get to the room carrying the luggage. No phone, internet or even Airconditioning. Old log building with spare and basic furniture. Breakfast just acceptable. The price is far too much. I will only categorise this as a two star hotel. |

Nothing special. Would check if there are alternatives for same price.I liked the old style swiss house but room could have beena little better . shower was a disaster. rented bikes at the hotel and broke 200 meters from departure (we were not charged for this) |

Genuine old chalet building refurbished to modern hotel expectations. Breakfast buffet had fresh produce including genuine muesli. It is within walking distance of Interlaken and on bus route. |

it is in a very good location and it is a unique building. The hotel seems understaffed. One of the owners and a woman from S.Africa were very helpful. The staff is spread very thin, and were of no help booking outside activities. Skip the Restaurant, the service is just too slow(food was fine). Some of the rooms need updating. |

They had a restuarant, so convenient for evening meals. The rooms were adequately spacious. 1. The bathroom had insufficient lighting. 2. The hotel waiting staff were lovely and friendly, but unorganised. There was also not enough staff waiting on the tables in the evening. |

Breakfast too much noise from the street and guests from above, unavailable staff, small room with bathroom for really small people. Too expensive for what it was. |

Breakfast was fantastic - plenty of choice, attentive waitress. Brilliant! The member of staff who checked us in was rude. We rang the bell and waited in reception for a good few minutes before anyone arrived. We were then given blank pieces of paper to write our details on (which had already been supplied when booking the rooms). Whilst we were doing this, the member of staff went off to go and clean the restaurant area. We finished the forms, waited .... and waited and then had to go and fetch the woman again to which she replied 'Yes, yes, I'm coming'. This was extremely unwelcoming and not a nice first impression of the hotel. |

It was interesting to stay in a place built in 1666. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. Family feel to the place. We felt very welcome and comfortable there. I'm 5'8" and I hit my head on a door way ( barely ) for anyone taller they have to duck. Ceilings are very low. I would however not steer anyone away for this reason. |

Hotel rooms very hot, no A/C or even fans in the rooms, when windows open impossible to sleep due to noise out side the hotel. Shower curtins had not been cleaned for long time so had dark patches at their bottoms, my girl friend would only showe with curtin outside the bath! Not worth the price, and will probably not use your services again. |

The staff was very helpful about getting around the town, giving directions, which bus to take, etc. The hotel itself was interesting. Our room was quite large. It was a pleasent place to stay. The smell from the kitchen was exuased near to our window, so we had to close the window. Thus we had no fresh air until later into the night. |

Nice big room, especially good for families with children. The location was good as shops and train station was near by. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke english so there was not problem in communiction. No kettle in room so hot water was bit of problem. Useful as chidren bottle needs rinsing in hot water. |

The Hotel Interlaken is conveniently located in the heart of Interlaken, just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre as well as from the Eastern Train Station for all excursions to the Jungfrau... |
This popular, family-run holiday hotel enjoys an idyllic and very quiet location above the village of Wilderswil, with an wonderful view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz. |
Re-opened in June 2008 after an extensive renovation, the traditional Hotel Krebs is located in the centre of Interlaken, close to the western train station. |
Our Art Nouveau Hotel on the river Aare is situated near the Interlaken-West train station in the centre of the city, but enjoys a quiet location near the water. |
