Friendly staff. Hotel is a Swiss Chalet. A place for washing and drying our dirty clothes. Good value for money.

A little far from the railway station, but bus No 4 took us there. Thin wall, so noise from other rooms filter through it easily. The ceiling is a bit too low, I think people above 6 foot would have to lower their head. The receptionist is almost never at the reception.

Ceilings were a bit low in the rooms, particularly the shower.

Location close to bus stop

we stayed at the first floor , I'm not too tall but ceiling was right on the top of my head

nice experience to stay in a 16th century swiss traditional log house and warmy. Breakfast is so-so (no egg). Many TV channels are available including Japanese TV.

Wall and floor is thin. We could hear people walking above. Heard a comment that machine outside room was noisy whole night. The carpet was dirty(but did not bother us too much). The corridor has light auto switch off and we always needs to find the switch in dark. There is only one staff and the staff was not at frontdesk but served customers in restaurant. Very far away from station

Free Internet, Free Breakfast, size of room compared to others I have been in on this trip. Location is good as well.

Height of ceilings cause me to bump my head three times at the Reception desk, and on the light fixture in my room. I'm 6'2". Mysteriously, the hallway is kept very dark most of the time and I literally had to "feel" for the key entry to my door.

We could hear noise from outside the room and the staircase is bit dark

Easy to find and convenient walking distance from centre of Interlaken

On arrival it turns out they had double booked and sent us to an apartment 10 min walk away... This was fine but not convenient travelling back and forth to resturant.
