We really enjoyed the hotel, the location is less than 10 minuted to the old city, and to the central station. The staff is excellent, professional and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel is very good as well. Well, the only awkward thing in our lovely room was the door to the toilet, which was transparent. (...?)

The Hofgarten is nicely situated about a ten minute walk from the railway station and the riverside restaurants.The room was large and comfortable,whilst also being modern in design.All the staff were friendly and helpful.It was a little expensive but then so is Lucerne The breakfast buffet could have had a little more choice.

Ganz tolles Personal, Super zuvorkommend und schöne Zimmer. Perfekte Lage nahe am See und nahe der Fußgängerzone. Frühstück ist etwas einfach! Sonst alles ok.

Funcionários atenciosos. Café bom. Hotel não tem entrada. O taxi nos deixou em um beco e tinha ratos passando. Indo a frente caíamos em um estacionamento. Para trás voltávamos para a rua - até que abrimos uma porta simples no meio e batemos palma e alguém respondeu. A outra entrada é somente pelo restaurante, do outro lado, na outra rua. Um transtorno com as malas pois não há elevador que pare no nível do quarto - tem que subir lances de escada. No quarto há um "monumento" estranho que toma espaço e sinceramente: bem feio.

The staff was wonderful and accomodating. Rooms were comfy. Windows must be closed to keep from hearing church bells at night, which made for stuffy rooms if it was too warm.
