It offers you a sauna and fine cuisine. Arosa's centre, the cable cars, the free bus and the starting points for many pleasant walks and hiking trails are only a few minutes' walk from the Hohe Promenade hotel. During summer, all lifts can be used free of charge. All of the non-smoking rooms are en-suite with bath or shower and toilet. Most of the double rooms have a balcony or a patio with a magnificent view to the Arosa mountains. Delicious food, accompanied by a glass of the finest wine await you in the smoke-free dining room. The lounge area features billiards facilities, a small library and various board games. Pre-booked dinner qualifies for a discount. Guests booking dinner upon arrival will be charged a higher rate. We had a lovely 4 days. Service was personal and all queries were dealt with promptly. Meals were tasty and carefully prepared It was good to be introduced to local wines which we would not otherwise have tried. We would go back again hoping that we would have the same wonderful weather. The website describes the position as slightly elevated ...I had been to Arosa before so knew what to expect. The walk from the main street is quite difficult for anyone not 100% fit . There is a choice of routes but all are strenuous.

Schönes Zimmer mit Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Sehr höflicher Empfang und Bedienung. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Nicht genügend Parkplätze bei ausgebuchtem Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort in Arosa, mit fantastischem Blick in die Bergwelt. Es wird von der Inhaberfamilie selbst geführt und auch betreut! Sehr familiär! Das frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig und gut! Wir können das Hotel und die Zimmer, in der von uns gebuchten Qualitä, nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam geführtes Hotel (trifft auf Familie Ackermann und Personal zu). Ein Ort wo man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Zimmer zweckmässig eingerichtet, Essen ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Chef war immer anwesend und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Die Skipiste ist gut zu erreichen und das Hotel liegt zentral und doch nicht eirekt an der Hauptstraße. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer zur Seite und haben zu bestimmten Zeiten auf dem Balkon die Abluft der Küche des benachbarten Hotels abbekommen.

Aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Ein Hotelchef, der sich - zusammen mit seiner Frau - persönlich um seine Gäste kümmert und auch stets Zeit für ein Gespräch hat. Alles im Hotel(-zimmer) hat funktioniert; im geräumigen Zimmer war alles Nötige vorhanden sowie einige Kleinigkeiten, die man nicht in jedem Hotel vorfindet. Essen war stets Spitze. Die Weinpreise könnten etwas niedriger sein.
