Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 12 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CHF 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly, multi-lingual, helpful in every way. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, like sleeping on a cot. The room were terribly outdated, left over from 1970. The bathroom was tiny. |

Nice position, beautiful view from my room window, friendly staff. Simple room, but ok. I didn't like the basin in the room, instead that in the bathroom. Furniture a bit old. |

Good size triple room and very warm. Great view, good location. Reasonable breakfast (on weekend). Clearly not many people staying mid week so on the monday morning breakfast was minimal left overs from previous day. Wireless internet does not work in the hotel. |

Service och läge. Personalen kunde allt man behovde veta om orten och sitt bästa för en bra vistelse. Vattnet i duscharna var inte tillräckligt varmt. Vid merparten av duschtillfällena var det nästan kallt. Det saknades bäddmaddras på sängarnas resårmaddras, vilket gjorde att de kändes extremt hårda... Men annars toppen! |

Bra läge i byn. Inte lik något annat därför spännande. Bra frukost. Trevlig men lite orutinerad personal. Personalen svår att skilja från gäster. Hotellet är i fortsatt behov av renovering, Mycket mat lukt i delar av hotellet/rummen. Bör även satsa på att utveckla matsalen och menyn. |

Servicen, de var meget behjelpelig hvis man hadde noen spørsmål/trengte hjelp. Fantastisk pub for after ski med levende musikk Rommene hadde dårlig luft, luktet litt gamelt, var veldig lytt mellom rommene/etasjene |

pohjoismainen atmosfääri oli tosi mukavaa. aamiainen oli riittävä ja iltariennot kivoja. eerityisesti yhteislaulutrubaduuri ihastutti. Olin varannut 2 vuoteen huoneen kahdelle kolmeksi yöksi. Huoneessa oli 3 vuodetta ja jouduimme maksamaan vero myös tyhjästä vuoteesta. |

Trevlig personal, bra skidåkarfrukost, att man kunde boka bastun utan extra kostnad, att vi fick behålla rummet en halvdag extra så att vi kunde duscha efter skidåkningen och ha bagaget inlåst under dagen samt att sängarna var väldigt sköna. Det är inget lyxhotell. Det ger lite känslan av ett bedagat badhotell. Hotellet hade dock mycket charm. |
