Cleanliness of room. Cheap parking available. Languages spoken by reception staff. Reserved Queen-size bed but were given twins. Breakfast poor for the price (not American breakfast as advertised). Address did not appear on TomTom, so was very difficult to find. |

Convenient access to city centre via train stop and bus station opposite. Shopping centre attached to the hotel with good range of shops and eating places. Cost of breakfast and garaging for car were not included in price. As it is used as a business base for many people who do not pay their own hotel expenses was therefore very expensive for tourists, ie us! |

I liked the adjacent shopping mall and the convenience to the train. I would like a small fridge in the room because if you are staying for a long period, you could have some drinks, some fruits or vegetables for snacking. |

Sauber. Billig. Freundlich. Aufgrund der Umgebung (Shopping/Kino/Wellness) abwechslungsreich. Gute Zugverbindung in die Innenstadt. Mit der Buchung über Bookings.com gab es Probleme. Die Reservierung konnte nicht gefunden werden. |

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal am Check-In. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Aus hygienischen Gründen sind vor allem die Parkettböden sehr vorteilhaft. Die Zugänge zu den Zimmern sind mit Teppich belegt, somit ist von aussen kaum Lärm vernehmbar. Dusche: die oft erwähnte, zu kurze Glaswand und somit Nässe im Bad. Zu wenig Personal im Frühstücksraum (Sonntag). Tische werden nicht schnell genug geräumt. Bei den Speisen werden zur Neige gehende Items nicht automatisch nachbestückt (Personalmangel?). Büffet eher etwas mager im Vergleich zu andern 4-Stern Häusern. |

Das Bett war sehr angenehm ausgestattet deshalb ich habe ganz vorzüglich geschlafen und gut geträumt. Aber siehe unten.... Es lag sehr nah zu unseren Aktivitäten Es hat mir nichts gefallen, weil mir das Hotel vom Gesamteindruck her kalt und abweisend erschien. Im Bad ist die Duschwand zu kurz. Das Blaue Licht stört sehr(habe es zugedeckt) Gefrühstückt haben wir nett, obwohl das Büffet nicht sehr gut aufgefüllt wurde. |

Wir wurden an der Rezeption gefragt, ob wir getrennte Betten möchten, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Betten waren sehr gross und vor allem von der Liegequalität sehr gut! Die Glastüre zum Bad/ WC ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. |

bei der Buchung kommt nicht heraus bzw. nicht sofort ersehbar, daß das Hotel so weit draussen liegt - Westside ist eine Stadt für sich - hat aber mit der Stadt Bern wenig zu tun als Stadthotel nicht zu empfehlen |

Très bel hôtel, propre, moderne et design. Le personnel parle français à l'accueil et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Magnifique centre commercial juste à côté. Parking pas cher, ce qui est rare pour ce type d'établissements. Très belle piscine à côté. |

De nabijheid van het leuke aquacenter, de mogelijkheid om 2 kamers met verbindingsdeur te boeken, en de nabijheid van het shoppingcentrum. Het straatlawaai. |

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, in 8 Minuten mit dem Zug in der Stadt Bern. Sehr schönes Design, super Wellnessbereich und grosses Shoppincenter sowie Kino. Für ein Hotel dieser Art erwarte ich def. freundlicheres, besser geschultes Personal. Badezimmer: Duschwand zu kurz, ganzes Badezimmer nass. |
