Very nice new hotel. Great staff and rooms. The location is next to a mall, but is a few kilometres out of the cbd so won't suit everyone. There is a train & tram station next to the hotel, so easy to get to the city. Price included breakfast, which was nice. Not much to complain about. Wifi was a little slow, but good compared to most hotels we've stayed at.

The lovely rooms, the very friendly, helpful, staff, the close proximity to both a brilliant shopping centre and the train/tram into Berne. Also the food was lovely. Unfortunately the Bernaqua/swimming pool, which was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, was closed for the duration. Also, the hotel is, like many other services in Switzerland, rather expensive.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was just fine. Though it's not right in the historical centre of Bern, but both tram and train are right in front of the hotel and goes every 20 min, so I guess that's not too bad. And the hotel is a part of a shopping mall, so very convenient for everything

Super clean and modern rooms with all you need in the way of facilities - tea and coffee and free wi-fi were useful extras we didn't expect. Right next to the Bern Brunnen Westside railway station so very convenient for connections to Bern by tram or train. Excellent reception staff - very polite and switched languages impressively! Restaurant was very expensive - but maybe that's just Swiss prices!

There is a shopping mall attached to the hotel, very convenient;The rooms are clean and tidy, with basic facilities avaiable; It takes around 20 min (by tram/train) to city centre; Rate doesn't include breakfast

Clean, new, quiet location, breakfast, nice staff, easy access from train station. Airconditioning system did not adjust well. We were hot in the night. Would recommend if air conditioning system was fixed.

Great modern hotel with all the ammenities. Close to downtown Bern via the train right outside the hotel. Connected to a shoping mall, which was nice. While we were there the pool was closed and it was the main reason for staying there.

hotel is brand new and adjacent to a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants and a supermarket where you can find almost anything. Location is a bit off the city center but train that departs from the hotel every 15 mins or so only take 6-7 minutes to the city. There's also a tram that takes longer (20 minutes). Memorable chocolate cookies upon arrival. price is a bit high, but it is Switzerland. Design of the shower room could have been better.

Convenience - public transport, autoroute. Clean and comfortable. Modern. Architecture of the Westside shopping center. 3PM check in. But I requested early checkin and got it.

The location was great as the hotel was near the railway station and the shopping mall. the rooms are not that good that you expect from a 4* hotel in switzerland but are very hygienic.

Der Service für das gebuchte Zimmer (Executiv Room) entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Die Minibar sowie Kaffeemaschine wurde nicht täglich aufgefüllt, resp. Bereitgestellt. Darf für diesen Zimmerpreis erwartet werden.

La cortesia del personale e un'ottima colazione, ottimo il legno in camera Attenzione quando si fa alla doccia a non allagare il bagno, la sala ristorante ha vista su un parcheggio e una strada. Orribile per un bel hotel !
