It was adjacent to the Hallenstadion where we were attending a concert and close to public transport. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and the cafe had a nice vibe and was well run and good value for money. The strong green colour on the walls in our room was not very restful. More suited to a public area. |

That's a professionally managed hotel with well decorated clean rooms. I would definetly suggest this hotel to anyone. For such a hotel in Zurich, the pricing is good too. |

The room of hotel is new,big and well facilitated. The staff are nice and helpful. Good to have Free wifi in the room and hotel. It's a little bit far from Zurich City center and central railway station. It takes you around 20min by tram to get there. But it's fine with me given such reasonable price. It's a little bit pity that the price doesn't include breakfast which costs you CHF 21 per head . |

Spacious and quite comfortable room "Papery" walls: we could ear every little noise in the other room..(we were woken up when the alarm clock in the other room rang at 6 am!). Bathroom's door are transparent ...no privacy! |

The locataion of the hotel was great with Messe just opposite and sports ground next to it.The staff was friendly and rooms were well equipped. |

It was a new hotel. I was wierd. Tried to be upscale but failed badly. Glass bathroom doors? Who's brilliant idea was that? Electric Lime Green bedroom wallsa. Just a wierd place. Can do better or as well elsewhere. |

It was good,cozy,comfortable.Good breakfast but sad part was not included in some deals.overall good stay!Tram station close by & so is bus station.Very helpful staff & front office people...Were with my wife & baby and enjoyed our trip!! Little far from the city.Nearby nothing so great happeing.Breakfast not included though in the deal...and weird policy of not changing the bed linen for 2 days. |

Tremendously helpful staff. Went above and beyond to help me mail a package. Very nice room. Stayed in a suite that was large and very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy access to the Zurich airport. No complaints. We got in late and then left early the next morning for the airport. |

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was acceptable but expensive. Good connections by tram to the city center. Good wifi connection. Drain at the shower did not work properly and the handle of one window was missing (air was blowing through). |

Conveniently located to access the city. Very modern and clean hotel. The breakfast arrangements were unclear resulting in me paying more than I expected. The literature is misleading regarding types of breakfast and the food provided. The buffet breakfast whilst very good is not worth 22 SFr. |

Lovely modern design, the place was so new when we stayed that you could actually smell the paint. Wide variety of TV channels available and internet access was free. No minibar in rooms? |

It's quite convenient location, between the city and airport. Because of big event at the time, it was noisy until midnight but it was just unlucky for us. Everything is tidy and clean. |

Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Good parking facility. The zone where the hotel is situated is rather dead and ugly. Hotel is designed for business travellers but not ideal for family. |

Hotel was just 5 feet from Hallenstadion, very convenient when you going to see a show. The bits & bites brasserie is very good, all the staff from the hotel and brasserie are very helpful and polite. Trams connect to the city every 7 minutes, the location is not a problem at all if you can take a tram. No minibar! |

Friendly staff, helpful. nice room. Catch the tram from the train station. I think it is tram #11. Do not catch a taxi. They will scratch your eyes out, unless you ask for the price ahead of time and get it! Transportation system in Zurich is fantastic. Ride the tram. Only a few Swiss Frank. Hotel is outside the city, but a great, quiet location. There was no small refrigerator. Would be better to have two sheets and the quilt and not just one sheet on the bed. Oh well. |

Hotel room 434 was very well equipped with Wire/Wireless internet. Bathroom was compact but excellent. Little details were noted (shower head turned inwards so you would not splash yourself with cold water on turning on the shower, shoe shine hand pad, electric kettle, safe, comfortable pillows and electronic blinds). The only issue was that the mattress was to firm, not as good a Novatel mattresses :-). Hotel lobby was well light and the hotel staff were very helpful and polite. As above the mattress was too firm, and overnight car park was a little over priced. The following day no fresh towels were place in our room, probably because we placed them back on the rack. For fresh towels, there was no note indicating you should place them on the ground. |
