Замечательное местоположение. До луганского озера 2 минуты. До фуникулера 1 минута. Номера не большие. Удобный семейный номер из 2-х смежных комнат с 2-мя санузлами. Хороший завтрак. |

Оперативное решение проблем по замене номера, нормальный завтрак для уровняЗ+/4 звезды, удобная подземная парковка, хорошее расположение - район Paradiso - 15 мин до центра Лугано по тенистому немноголюдному променаду. Рядом - фуникулер на гору Сан-Сальваторе, магазин продуктов Migros. Холлы и коридоры на этажах нуждаются в ремонте, также как и кондиционер в комнате 202 - конденсат льется на пол под ковролин, панель под кондиционером разбухла и покоробилась. Неплохо бы окультурить крышу с бассейном - сейчас она имеет спартанский вид и не располагает к релаксу - только окунуться утром. |

понравилось место расположения отеля, удобно добраться на автомобиле, хороший паркинг не получилось быстро подключиться к интернету, не работал WiFi в номере |

Staff was excellent - best we have encountered in Switzerland - from the reception to the waiters in the restaurant... We went mainly to see Lugano and do some shopping at Fox Town. The hotel was the perfect match for our needs. |

We took the opportunity to stay there for a prolonged weekend and enjoyed the intermediate season reduction which shifted the performance/cost ratio to the good side for us. We also enjoyed the public transportation connections just a few steps from the hotel. |

The breakfast had lots to choose from, although the breakfast staff seemed stressed it was nice. The reception man was helpful with tourist information and shopping tips. Noise from the local area below and around the hotel. |

The indoor pool was good.The bed was also very comfortable.The man at the reception from como,was the only polite,helpfull and informative staff present. We chose this hotel as it mentioned to have a gym...but the fitness room was "out of shape". The only equipment present in it was 2 treadmills which were out of order,a cycle and a stepper.No weights no other machine...it cannot be classified as a gym!!! We complained at the front desk and the staff couldn't be bothered. Break fast is unaccepable as you have to pay extra for an omlette.The menu on the table does not reflect,what is really offered.the break fast buffet is not replenished.E.G. The buffet is from 7:30 am till 10:00 am. Many items were not replenished when there was 1 hr still left for the buffet.The staff at breakfast was unfriendly...and inefficient even when they were not full. |

The staff was friendl, it is close to the lake side, rooms are quiet, parking in the garage The lifts are somewhat outdated, to small, stopping always at the reception floor automatically. |

The location is convenient and our room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable .. and got the thumbs up from my husband; a tall Dutchman who rarely finds a hotel bed he is happy with! |

They have great receptionists at this hotel, very helpful staff! Parking is very easy & safe. Also the location of the hotel is nice as you are very close to the lake. The hotel feels & looks like an old, run down 1970´s building. The rooms are out of date and to be honest I wouldn´t stay here for more than 1 night.. The breakfast is quite poor, only a few things on offer like butter and bread.. I would say that value for money is very poor at this hotel even with Swiss prices! |

very small lifts...the parking was not free in a 4 stars hotel and no other choice(parking)...no tea and coffee tray or even a glass in the rooms..the receptionests were tough not even a smile in general I would recommend it only for someone who just want a place to sleep and shower but not as a 4 stars hotel |

Distance to the lake. Leke side is beautiful. Internet, they sell high speed internet connection but it was very slow and almost impossible to use. Plus was very expensive. |

The hotel was good, great breakfast, room was big enough, the reception staff was very helpful to show us directions and where to go around. The major problem is the garage, it is too small and crowded, with bigger car you can't maneuver easily inside, and it is overpriced considering that the hotel is not in the center and you can find free parking in the streets around, also the hotel is not so close to Lugano center, you need to walk for 15 mins at least and at late night it is long way to go back. |
