Interconnecting family room was good; the buffet break was substantial and very welcome. Paying for an internet connection when I'm paying for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast staff were diffident. |

The location and the room size were great for our purpose (family of four on a brief overnight visit to Lugano). The reception area, and the corridors outside rooms, were dull and need some renovation. |

Felt like it was a hotel that had seemed better times and was due for a major re-furbishment In comparison with others the Breakfast was quite ordinary. Coffee was poor. There should have been some sort of bar on the roof terrace. |

The pool on the roof was incredible and the view one of a kind! The air conditioner unit leaked, but was repaired by the hotel staff. The room did not seem to match the price. Breakfast was good and awesome that it was included. |

The choice of two swimming pools, a great buffet breakfast, availability of interconnecting rooms The bathroom was tired... in all the tiled area there was mold. |

Walking distance to the center of town about 10 min walk Typical Holiday Inn.. was the least favorite of all our hotels on vacation but the only chain hotel we booked...Price was the reason and other hotels were sold out as it was a Holiday in Switzerland that day. |
