On ne peut apprécier que lorsque l on est bien accueilli ! Ce ne fut pas le cas L accueil peu aimable de ce qu l on a pensé être la patronne. Une employée craindrait pour son poste avec une telle attitude Propreté ppriximative dans la salle de bain le manche du sèche cheveux tout poisseux Triste pour un endroit baptise le bon accueil!

Das Haupthaus ist ein sehr schönes altes Chalet. Obwohl nur wenige Gäste in der Hostellerie übernachtet haben, wurden wir in nicht wie gewünscht im alten Chalet untergebracht, sondern in dem ziemlich nüchternen, mittelmäßigen Neubau. Schade.

La convivialité, le cachet des lieux, la simplicité et leur carte très raffinée. Notre séjour a été très agréable et nous avons été surpris en très bien par cet hôtel très charmant et le personnel ainsi que les patrons sont très sympathiques.Merci pour cette belle découverte.

La vue Beaucoup trop cher compte tenu de la vétusté du chalet, l’inconfort de la salle de bains, et de l’éloignement du centre du village, de la gare et des restaurants.

La classe de la chambre Le stress de la patronne. Le manque de souplesse sur un lit d'appoint pourtant demandé via booking mais qui apparemment n'avait pas été transmis. Cependant après réclamation celui-ci a été fourni

Sommes arrivés tard, et repartis tôt donc pas d'appreciation sur le repas et petit dej. Nous avons eu dans l'annexe un tres belle chambre, spacieuse, et parfaitement équipée. Comme prévu, pas de WiFi mais Swisscom hspa parfait pour internet.Tres beau cadre.

Überaus freundliches, hilfreiches und unkompliziertes Besitzerpaar. Es ist wie bei Freunden Ferien verbringen. Wir waren im Nebenhaus mit einer herrlichen Terrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Absolut ruhig gelegen.

Grande chambre, calme, propre. Nous avons surtout choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'hôtel "Grand Chalet", dans lequel se déroulait un mariage. Nous avons trouvé un peu étrange de devoir traverser un long couloir et un garage sous-terrain pour accéder à notre chambre, située dans une annexe. Mais le problème ne se pose pas pour les chambres situées dans le bâtiment principal.

Die Lage, das Zimmer, das alte Haus, der Schnee. Unsere Reservation war nicht namentlich notiert. Wir hatten das Gefühl, nicht erwartet zu werden. Wir haben gesagt, dass wir um 8 Uhr Frühstücken möchten, weil wir weg müssen. Es gab dann erst ab 8.15 Uhr Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr gering für diesen Preis.

The dinner in the restaurant was good. The reservation was not known at the reception. Lot of crumbs under the seats of the easy chairs. Spider rag everywhere; this room was probably not made up since the last wintersport. Insufficient illumination in the bathroom. Bad breakfast. Stiff mannered service at dinner in restaurant.
