Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en personeel. Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van de gondellift, in het centrum van vercorin. Gratis parkeerplaats voor de deur. Het uitzicht vanuit het restaurant is fenomenaal. De keuken is zeer goed, a la cart, maar half pension haalt absoluut niet het zelfde niveau. Het hotel heeft nieuwe uitbaters sinds november 2012. Zij hebben geinvesteerd in nieuwe bedden met goede matrassen ook voor mensen met een zwakkerug. De kamers zijn opgefrist door de nieuwe eigenaars, maar in ieder geval kamer 23 is moeilijk modern te noemen. De badkamer dateert van lang geleden en oogt sterk veroudert. De ventilatie in de kamer is ondermaats op het einde van de 3de dag voelde de kamer vochtig aan. De prijs van 250chf half pension per dag voor 2 personen is redelijk hoog voor wat wordt geboden.

+ La gentillesse du personnel et de l'accueil + la situation - Le petit déjeuner, manques: choix des fruits, choix de pains (complets) - la demie pension (repas du soir): ça sent l'économie sur le client - l'insonorisation des chambres

Les multiples améliorations depuis le séjour calamiteux que nous avions eu en 2006 je crois. Les chambres sont bien rénovées, les salles de bains tout à fait propres. La cuisine soignée et copieuse.L'accueil de la patronne très sympathique. Le service à table un peu lent ce soir-là., mais le garçon est très souriant et agréable.
