View (from lakeside room - with balcony) - fantastic. Food excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful. On edge of Alps - very convenient for touring. Room comfortable, but not luxurious for price. No iron, tea making facilities, CD/DVD as one would expect at this price. But WiFi free |

The view over the lake in the morning was lovely. The checkin procedure was chaotic. The hotel do not reserve tables in their restaurant for guests and they get very busy - call to reserve if you intend to eat. Room was very basic, bathroom (showerroom v. small). Staff all had something better to do than attend to us. |

Die sprachlichen Kompetenzen waren nicht ausreichend. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Für einen buisness Besuch ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. |

Super vriendelijk personeel. Heel gedienstig.Prachtig zicht.Hebben een brasserie om degelijk te eten en ook een gastronomisch restaurant. Morgen eten is heel sober .Gastronomisch restaurant is heel goed maar prijs ligt aan de hoge kant. |

Csodálatos táj, kellemes levegő, tisztaság, csend. Szokatlan volt, hogy a reggelinél nem annyit ehettünk, mint amennyit akartunk, porciózva volt a sonka, sajt, kenyér. |

Parfait compromis pour un week end gastronomique sans risquer de reprendre un véhicule après un repas arrosé. Vue magnifique sur le lac de Gruyère. Proximité de la route nationale qui, suivant l'orientation des chambres, peut rendre la fin de nuit bruyante |

Nah gelegen an der Autobahnabfahrt, schöne Aussicht vom Restaurant aus auf den See, nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant. Spazierengehen am See war nicht möglich, alles privat und kein Zugang möglich. Frühstück war etwas dürftig, löslicher Päckchenkaffee zum selbstmachen. |

L'hotel est situé dans un paysage de montagne au bord d'un lac c'est féérique si l'on prend la chambre côté lac. L'hotel est très bien tenu très propre. Terrasse privative dans ma chambre côté lac. Excellent choix si l'on veut coupler halte romantique et diner gastronomique. L'inetrnet wifi est gratuit ! L'accueil est courtois mais très insuffisant (manque de personnel). Pas un seul adaptateur de prise dans l'hotel pour cleintèle étrangère. La salle de bains est exigue. Cela ressemble à un placard avec wc, Lavabo et douche. La paumette de douche fuyait de partout. Pas de "tea or coffee facilities" dans la chambre. |
