The silence The restaurant was closed and that's a pity, first, because I know it is an excellent one (at least in the past, I hope still), second, because it is in the countryside with not many restaurants in the neighbourhood, so I had to stop eating on the motorway, thing I, normally, do not like

Clean, helpful staff who changed our booking at the last minute. Overpriced for what it is. Restaurant food is nice, but tries a bit too hard and very expensive. The prices paid should have meant food of mitchelin star quality, and although very good fell just short of the mark. Very nice nonetheless.

L'Acceuil est très chaleureux. Les chambres sont assez larges. Prix- qualité certainement excellent.Petit déjeuner soigne et beaucoup de choix. (Yaourt délicieux!) Situation très calme. Très agréable terrasse arborée, a cote de la salle a manger. Peut-etre le fait qu'il n'y a qu'un bassin dans la salle de bains et aussi que les lumières prennent assez longtemps avent d'illuminer comme il faut.

Le calme C'est la première fois (et je suis régulièrement dans les hôtels) que je suis reçu de cette façon, la direction nous a clairement fait comprendre que ce qui n'était pas Suisse n'était pas bien en "l'aboyant" à la réception alors que je demandais calmemant une explication sur le tarif de la chambre. Lamentable.

Le calme et le style ancien avec des meubles en bois. Nous voulions prolonger d'une nuit, à notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous a informé qu'il y aurait peut etre une possibilité le lendemain. Le lendemain a 7h nous avons donc payé la nuit et une autre réceptionniste nous a séchement dit que cela était impossible et qu'il n'y avait pas a discuter. Je pense qu'elle aurait au moins pu nous conseiller un autre hôtel

Abendbrot im Restaurant nur auf Bestellung möglich - wie lässt sich das mit einer Zimmerreservierung per Ineternet verknüpfen? Zimmer sehr, sehr hellhörig, Heizungsanlage in der Nacht zeitweise sehr, sehr laut

Nettes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit für Schweizer Verhältnisse akzeptablem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet. Laut lärmende Deutschschweizer Gäste, stören beim späten Verlassen des Restaurants und beim Gang zum Frühstück die Nachtruhe. Rezeption ist gut bestückt, freundlich,aber umständlicher, lange dauernder Check-in.

Nahe Lausanne und doch auf dem Lande. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Zimmer und vom Restaurant. Freundlicher Service, aber mangelhaft koordiniert und rasch überfordert. Gepflegte Speisekarte, aber keine Speisen für weniger sophisticated Geschmäcker. Das Hotel macht auf vornehm, kann aber dem Anspruch nicht genügen (suchten wir auch nicht). Das Z.T. stockende Vortragen des Aufgetischten wirkt aufgesetzt und ist überholt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz.

Wenn man nicht ständig im Hotel ist, ist es okay. Die Terasse war SUUUUUUUUUUUUper, leider das Wetter nicht. Für den Preis okay. Restaurant hatte komische öffnungszeiten.
