Su situación y tranquilidad que se respiraba, unas vistas maravillosas al valle y la cordialidad del personal fue excelente.

La camas eran pequeñas y un poco incomadas con cabezal en los pies y si eres un poco alto tocas con los pies por que no cabes bien.

Excellent location. For one or two nights is ok.

A little old, small rooms and the decoration of the rooms could be improved.

Absolutely gorgeous site. One of the most beautiful areas we've ever been to. Took hundreds of photos. Staff was helpful and courteous and spoke english. Free wifi in the room was a plus as other hotels we stayed in on the trip asked up to $15 per hour for connection. Beds were comfortable.

Had to lug my heavy suitcases up the steep stairs as there is no elevator or staff to help. Room was small, but adequate. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Cars are not allowed within the village except for certain hours, so after checking in, had to wait for a few hours until I could drive into the village to drop off my luggage. Their restaurant just happened to be closed the day we were there, not a major inconvenience as there are numerous restaurants available

Excellent location, breakfast, very cozy room. An ideal romantic location for a couple on their honeymoon.

The staff are extremely unhelpful, it is virtualy impossible to get a drink even though you are staying at this hotel.

O pequeno hotel localiza-se em plena Vila de Gruyéres, com ar medieval, próxima ao castelo da localidade, que não tem hotéis de luxo. O hotel é bastante simpático e a recepção é eficiente e prestativa. O café da manhã é bom. O único problema, para quem traz mala pesada, é que não há elevador. Tem de se ter em conta que é praticamente uma pousada, porém confortável.

La camera era veramente piccola

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man fühlt sich ein bißchen ins Mittelalter versetzt, allerdings mit dem Komfort der heutigen Zeit. Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich und engagiert.
