Nice personnell. The restaurant was understaffed, especially during lunch/dinners. The staff was nice and professional, but there simply weren't enough people to make things runs smoothly. |

It's central location. Good muesli at breakfast. The promised private parking didn't exist. Public parking rather far away for those with lots of luggage. There is no porter and no trolley to help. The staff didn't help at all- even heaving our large suitcases two flights up a narrow staircase. No soap in the WC, no tissues in the bathroom. The staff could do with being more welcoming. |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, it was right in the center of the charming town. They do not have airconditioning and in the middle of summer it was really hot, also they didnt have any fans available, the streets are pretty noisy at night so sleeping with the window open was really difficult! |

Food was good. Staff were helpful. Views from terrace were delightful Soundproofing was poor. People upstairs were very noisy, moving the furniture around, running across room, etc. until quite late. |

lovely room, spacious, mtn view, friendly staff, good breakfast There is a series of church bells that ring for 10 minutes every morning at 6:30-----very loud! |
