Very helpful staff helped us with finding places in town and helped us with transportation. The suana and steam room were not working and it was way too expensive for the location and the amenities available |

In the first place the great view from the rooms overlooking the Lake. Complete facilities in the room and very good public transportation facilities.Friendly staff and recommended for those looking for comfortable and quiet accommodation in Lausanne. |

Nice Staff. Good location for walking to the lake or getting on either of the two bus lines (1 and 25) that run past the hotel to take you into the city. Its next to a chocolate shop. Noise from other rooms water based events was rather loud. but the overall area was quiet. |

Its location. I looked for a hotel near the lake and with the view of it. In addition, the Wi-Fi is free. Room with good size. The reception staff is very kind and very helpful in giving detailed information about the city and how to get local transportation. The hotel needs some improvement, because it is very old. The breakfast is very simple. |

The issue about this hotel, is the fact that you cannot check in after 11 pm. So if you are arriving late, better that you go somewhere else. |
