古い建物ですがきれいに維持管理されています。 角部屋だったので、寝室からはレマン湖が、浴室からはノートルダム大聖堂が見えて感激しました。 明るい浴室での入浴はとてもリラックスできました。 朝食のパンは日本では食べれない味でした！！

Excellent location; close to lake and good access to mass transit. Continental breakfast had good selections and breakfast room is pleasant. Efficient staff. Free wi-fi & local calling. Very quiet with windows closed. Bathroom is huge! Spa in hotel (didn't use). Having a balcony is nice; rooms facing lake should have nice view. For an older hotel, nicely updated. Small hotel (7 rooms per floor, 5 floors) so has relaxed feeling.

Rooms facing street are noisy with windows open, which was necessity -- no ventilation and room was always warm (stay was in early July). Had to leave windows open to sleep; no screen so bugs did come in. Either a fan or room A/C would have been nice. Room is small, just barely enough room to get around foot of bed -- should have made bathroom smaller to give more room to bedroom. Hard to find outlet to plug in computer. Must manually lock door with key. Expensive for what you get, but that is just Switzerland.

It was simple and reasonably clean. Breakfast was ok. It was next to my office.

Not friendly or welcoming. Noise from other rooms I.E. general day to day stuff.

Pleasant and efficient service, Professional and amiable staff, Clean and functional. Good breakfast selection for a small hotel. The croissants and bread are fresh and not from frozen.

Hotel Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was good enough. Free WI- Fi is great. Hotel location is very convenient. Close to everything and the tram stops a few steps off the front door.

1. No airconditioning, no tea/coffee arrangement in the room. 2. There is no restaurant or a bar in the hotel open on the weekends. 3. Rooms overlooking the city are extremely noisy, if you have to keep the balcony doors open due to the heat. 4. For its price, the room was fairly small. 5. Even though by law, every hotel has to provide its customers with Bus/Tram tickets, free of cost for the duration of the stay, the person on arrival did not volunteer to give out the tickets. I had to ask for the same as I had read some of the comments of the folks who had stayed at the hotel, before us.

really enjoyed our stay, we were only there for one night, but everything was really good, the staff were excellent- and answered any queries we had and were very helpfull. the room was comfortable, although maybe installing aircon maybe something worth thinking about in the future, as the room was very hot and as the road below is very busy and noisy, we were unable to leave the window open. the only other thing which we missed in our room were tea and coffee making facilities, which is always good. overall though the Hotel and staff were very good
