This was my second stay at this hotel. This time I came by car and was impressed with the parking facilities. Staff was helpful and smiling.Room service breakfast was excellent, delivered promptly andwith a rich selection of breads, jams and cheese. |

Very helpful front desk with good advice on restaurants and things to see; comfortable, quiet room; free wifi; great location on a quiet street near Place Cornavin Note: There is no restaurant in the hotel/no room service but they serve a nice buffet breakfast. Many restaurants close by. |

Modern facilities such as renovated bathrooms in an old building with plenty of charm, and superb location one step from Pont du Mont Blanc Elevator slow and small, hotel does not offer continental breakfast at lower cost than full breakfast. |

personnel very friendly, good services. Garage in the middle of town a plus. we had a nice big room, which could have contained a seating area. There are tiles on the floors, meaning that you hear others moving chairs and walking quite clearly. At the same time tiles are hygenic! |

I thought the room was well sized. The bathroom and shower were excellent. There was a nice touch that my room also had a balcony (7th floor). The staff were very helpful. |

Very comfortable bed - great shower - friendly girls at reception I stayed in early April and was told the air conditioning was not being switched on until May or June - rediculous behaviour! The room is advertised with A/C |

One felt that staying at the hotel was an inconvenience to the staff who were perfunctory in their attitude to hotel guests. Whether your romm is at the back or front of the hotel, a night club on either side successfully kept us awake til 3 am. This was then compounded by building works starting at 06.30, two buildings away, on the other side of the road. At least that wouldn't be a permanent feature. But quiet it was not ! What had been planned as a short romantic interlude "by"?? The lake in a 4 star ( how it was rated at this level is difficult to understand) hotel was far from it. It would be safe to say we would not recommend a stay there. |
