Unkompliziert, sehr gute Nähe zum Stadtzentrum von Genf, trotzdem ruhig fehlende Englischkenntnisse des Personals, allerdings in der französischsprachigen Schweiz nicht unbedingt eine Überraschung. |

sehr gute Lage, relativ ruhig Die Bettdecke französisch, leider mit suspekter Wolldecke unter dem dünnen Stoffbezug und zu kalt für die Jahreszeit. Es wird nicht deutsch gesprochen.Es gibt keinerlei Restaurantangebot außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten. |

Large and quiet room, nicely furnished, newly renovated and good wifi. Good location and the bar/restaurant across the street is good. Reception very friendly. From elevator there are always a few steps. Security lax. Safe deposit box too small for a laptop and requires key. |

Large room (Junior Suite). Nice bathroom. Deco of the room is very mix and match but unfortunately not very successfull. Check in and check out very slow. Bad noise insulation. Air conditionning not working. Very poor breakfast. |

the location , the services provided by the staff , the reception of the guests , it was so close to the main attraction of the city and it was a quiet hotel . the rooms floor should be covered by carpet , more arabic t.v channels . |

The staff was very hospitable. The value for money. We had four adults and one small child and were not allowed to stay in one junior suite even though there was plenty of room for everyone. |

The hotel is very comfortable and has a calm atmosphere which is important after busy days travelling or for people visiting on business. The location is excellent as shops, restaurants etc are in walking distance. I think the service at reception could be a little more welcoming. |
