The staff was very hospitable. The value for money. We had four adults and one small child and were not allowed to stay in one junior suite even though there was plenty of room for everyone. |

The hotel is very comfortable and has a calm atmosphere which is important after busy days travelling or for people visiting on business. The location is excellent as shops, restaurants etc are in walking distance. I think the service at reception could be a little more welcoming. |

The efficiency of staff at the welcoming desk where your needs come first - like early check in. |

The room was kept clean and spotless. Excellent. Stayed at this hotel 40 years ago, will come back again, only sooner! More storage space when unpacking suitcase. |

Charrming hotel on a human scale, well-located near the lake. A rare find in Geneva. |

beautiful with that historic flavour, location - central and yet calm, helpful and friendly staff A couple of days before my arrival the hotel booked a double amount in my bank account. The actual payment was on top of the blocked amount which still remains booked in the name of the hotel and unavailable for me, thus causing inconveniences. Too minimalistic a breakfast to be that expensive. |

Convenient location, nice comfortable rooms. Either my room had previously been a smoking room or the hotel air-conditioning system needs work, but the air in the room often smelled of stale smoke. The cleaners' attempts to cover that up with cheap air freshener did not help. |

Excellent location, nice and spacious rooms, helpful yet non-intrusive staff. Price, but that is the case with most hotels in Geneva |

Low Price and Greate Location to Lake Geneva....It's not Infront the lake...but it's 3 minutes walk only. Other 4 Star hotels would be Far away from the lake.... Only 5-star hotels and Hotel D'alleves...(which is a 4 star Hotel) can be found near the lake. The car parking of this hotel is so complicated to reach. it's under the basement of a another Building at the backside of the hotel. |

Friendly service, convenient location and accessibility. Breakfast included made for convenience. Rooms and bathrooms small but adequate and comfortable enough. Would have liked a bit more for breakfast, like some eggs/ham/bacon. Missed having some fruit with breakfast. |

This is meant to be a four star hotel, it had no bar . The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The hotel was tired and needed refurbishment. The double bed was two small twins pushed together .Plusses , room was bright and modern. |

Free internet in the lobby was handy. Exceptionally nice and polite staff who were accommodating and brought coffee at 6a.m. before the kitchen was open. Couldn't find an ice machine. The pillows were too thick and the feathers inside were pricking through the thin pillow case. No pen in the room or writing paper. The toilet paper was very rough. The cost of breakfast was excessive. |

This modern city hotel enjoys a very central location in the heart of Geneva, only a few steps away from the train station and a short walk from Lake Geneva. |
The Rotary Hotel (former Sofitel Geneva) is ideally located near the business district and the international organisations, 5 minutes from the railway station and a 20-minute drive from the airport. |
The unique combination of heritage and innovation distinguishes the Royal Manotel from other hotels in Geneva. It can be found right in the city centre, between Lake Geneva and the UN. |
Situated on the shore of Lake Geneva, a 15-minute drive from the airport and 500 metres from the train station, the privately run Hôtel Ambassador is a stylish hideaway in the centre of Geneva. |
