The location is excellent in very quiet place in the center of the city. Everything interesting is near the hotel. Staff is very hospitable and multi-language (including Russian) speaking.

Elevator didn't work for two days. But I'm sure - it will be OK next time.

This is truly a great hotel: very friendly, helpful staff, excellent location, spacious rooms adorned with real art (as opposed to reproductions), everything working as it should, sumptuous breakfast (though not included). All in all, I cannot find fault with this hotel.

Staff was simply amazing. Located on walking distance from the old city, closely to train station. Parking possibilities are all right (pricey though, but that's Geneva).

Price/performance, although the Motor show increases all prices. No restaurant/bar.

It was a fantastic place.. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly... Even gave us tips on where to visit both in and out of geneva...Rooms were v v clean! Love the theme of the hotel n rooms... Sad to leave at the end!:) w definitely b back to stay again if I'm back in Geneva! Great job!

We were overnight in Geneva on our way to ski slopes -- as this was our first time in Geneva, this was a very good location for seeing as much as we could in a short period of time. Great location for walking around.

Big comfortable room, well decorated in a convenient position near the station.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom would have been good and the breakfast lacks hot dishes and is expensive for the choice available.

Very convenient location. The hotel has been recently refuribished, so everything is clean and crisp. Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff.

central location

despite a superior room category and a room on the top floor it was extremely noisy - you could even here the person next door using the socket besides other noices that you dont want to hear at all. In additon the room was not cleaned properly.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even making a room available early for us. The room was fabulous, spotless, spacious and really comfortable. This is the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. Free travel pass provided by the hotel for trams and buses is also very useful.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it seemed expensive. This was no problem as there are lots of excellent cafes locally.

I may recommend Hotel D'Allèves for those who rate high the location and a good price and who are unpretentious. The location was perfect the room was fine.
