Hotel D'allèves  

客室のデザインが良かった。寝具が快適だった。予約サイトでは使えると書いてあったクレジットカード（ダイ- ナース）が使えなかった。到着前に自宅に連絡があったが、すでにヨーロッパへ出発していたので、現地で言わ- れ、少し当惑した。朝食にフレッシュジュースがあり、美味しかった。

The hotel is located near the station and the city center. It is comfortable clean and the staff is friendly.

Location is excellent.

Poor service: terrible check-in and check-out experience. City pass was not offered, breakfast overpriced for what it was.

The location is good near to the center on foot. The rooms are renovated, spacious and clean. The internet connection is free which is rather rare in Europe.

My wife is a Genevoise who knows the area that is not particularly chick neighbourhood. I think the time has changed since we used to see prostitudes standing on the street. No more. Besides the Four Seasons Hotel, Berg, is just one block away. This is the testimony. My wife also did not like the paintings on the walls of the hotel that are mostly nudity. She said it is offensive. I don't care much about it. So we have different opinions.

This hotel has been refurbished to an extremely high standard equal to five-star (in my opinion) but without leisure facilities or restaurant although it is situated in the heart of Geneva so everything is on the doorstep anyway. Staff very pleasant too. The whole place greatly exceeded my expectations.

The reception staff is very helpful and cheerful. I was first given a room on the 7th floor but the air conditioner was not functioning well there. The staff is very quick at finding another room for me which is bigger and is comfortable. He is also very patient in explaining the directions for me about how to get to the lake the nearby botanical garden. My hotel has an excellent location for shopping and has easy access to the lake and the old town. Each room is uniquely and tastefully decorated.

Breakfast is rather standard and hope to have more food choices there.

The staff was extreemly nice. Caroline helped me set up my shuttle from the airport to the hotel and responded to all my queries quickly. For a person who has never been to geneva it was very comforting to know that there was someone there to help you during your stay. The location is perfect, a block from the river and a block from the train station. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. But the best part with the nice and friendly staff. I have stayed at many high end hotels and have never had such a positive experience. Thank you.

Hotel D'alleves building was retro fitted into a very practical and attractive hotel. The rooms and the public spaces are very well appointed with everything that might be necessary on hand and nothing merely to impress to clutter the spaces.Comfort and cleanliness are well attended to.The service is friendly. The art and artifacts that adorn the public areas were commendable as well.

The rooms are a reasonable size and the bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated to a high standard. The air conditioning was very quiet. The bedroom furniture was basic but adequate and the bed was large and very comfortable.

Breakfast at 28 SwFr was expensive as was anything from the minibar. The lift was too small carrying only three people. The TV picked up quite a few channels but only one English channel and the remote control appeared to be unreliable. The water from both sink and bath drained away too slowly.
