Great location to the lake, shopping area, and restuarant Staff was not frinedly. Thet are not very familiar with the sorrounding area |

Large and quiet room, nicely furnished, newly renovated and good wifi. Good location and the bar/restaurant across the street is good. Reception very friendly. From elevator there are always a few steps. Security lax. Safe deposit box too small for a laptop and requires key. |

Large room (Junior Suite). Nice bathroom. Deco of the room is very mix and match but unfortunately not very successfull. Check in and check out very slow. Bad noise insulation. Air conditionning not working. Very poor breakfast. |

The duplex suite room has a beautiful modern design. the size of the room, the location and the price all were great. breakfast was ok, but not much of variety. |

The quiet location, size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the quirky decoration. Room was described as double for single occupation but had two single beds. A couple would doubtless expect a double bed. |

the location , the services provided by the staff , the reception of the guests , it was so close to the main attraction of the city and it was a quiet hotel . the rooms floor should be covered by carpet , more arabic t.v channels . |

the locaion perfect and there rooms r wide and the staff so helpfull especially khaled /next time i will stay at the same hotel Good choice Some rooms the a/c not very good ,coz the duckt is far and the air fluincy is week.and the breackfast is limit choice and expensive . |

The staff was very hospitable. The value for money. We had four adults and one small child and were not allowed to stay in one junior suite even though there was plenty of room for everyone. |

The hotel is very comfortable and has a calm atmosphere which is important after busy days travelling or for people visiting on business. The location is excellent as shops, restaurants etc are in walking distance. I think the service at reception could be a little more welcoming. |

The room was kept clean and spotless. Excellent. Stayed at this hotel 40 years ago, will come back again, only sooner! More storage space when unpacking suitcase. |

beautiful with that historic flavour, location - central and yet calm, helpful and friendly staff A couple of days before my arrival the hotel booked a double amount in my bank account. The actual payment was on top of the blocked amount which still remains booked in the name of the hotel and unavailable for me, thus causing inconveniences. Too minimalistic a breakfast to be that expensive. |

Convenient location, nice comfortable rooms. Either my room had previously been a smoking room or the hotel air-conditioning system needs work, but the air in the room often smelled of stale smoke. The cleaners' attempts to cover that up with cheap air freshener did not help. |
