Elevator slow and small, hotel does not offer continental breakfast at lower cost than full breakfast.

Would highly recommend. Convenient location- minutes from lake and central Geneva, friendly staff and very helpful staff. Good clean and comfortable room

we had a nice big room, which could have contained a seating area. There are tiles on the floors, meaning that you hear others moving chairs and walking quite clearly. At the same time tiles are hygenic!

location, right in the center and just a walking distance from hotspots in geneva. the staff was very kind

I stayed in early April and was told the air conditioning was not being switched on until May or June - rediculous behaviour! The room is advertised with A/C

One felt that staying at the hotel was an inconvenience to the staff who were perfunctory in their attitude to hotel guests. Whether your romm is at the back or front of the hotel, a night club on either side successfully kept us awake til 3 am. This was then compounded by building works starting at 06.30, two buildings away, on the other side of the road. At least that wouldn't be a permanent feature. But quiet it was not ! What had been planned as a short romantic interlude "by"?? The lake in a 4 star ( how it was rated at this level is difficult to understand) hotel was far from it. It would be safe to say we would not recommend a stay there.

Very nice top-floor room with view of mountain-tops. Internet inclusive.

Location was great. We had a beach front corner room and the view was the best. Had close access to everything and train station was a 10 minute walk. However, taxis are very expensive. We took a taix to the hotel when we arrived from the train station because we had too many bags and it cost 17 Euros. That's about 30 dollars for a 5 minute drive. You will find most things very expensive except the trian, traveling by train is comfortable and I think you get a good value for your money.

Carpeting and wall paper was old and needing replacing. Just had one English channel CNN, should have been more.
