This hotel has been refurbished to an extremely high standard equal to five-star (in my opinion) but without leisure facilities or restaurant although it is situated in the heart of Geneva so everything is on the doorstep anyway. Staff very pleasant too. The whole place greatly exceeded my expectations.

The balcony and the view from the room were okay, but nothing special. This is a very bad hotel and a complete waste of money. The staff were rude and bickered between themselves. No bath, faulty air con, and very bad wireless access. 255 euros a night - I found something for a fifth of the price on the edge of Geneva, and better in every sense.

Tout est très cher mais c'est Geneve. Avant de partir j'avais lu le commentaire d'un de vos clients et je le confirme avec force: c'est très cher et en particulier le prix du petit déjeuner est proche du vol. Le buffet est très sommaire. Après le départ d'un résident, on ne change même par la nappe. Mon épouse m'a fait la réflexion "si quelqu'un se gratte le nez et essuie ses doigts sur la nappe, c'est pour le suivant". Cette situation est indigne d'un 4 étoiles.

Atención en recepción en Español. Muy buenas habitaciones y una atención excelente. La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios, y estaba súper limpio todo. Nos dieron facilidades de pago. Pude optar entre pagar con tarjeta de crédito, tarjeta de débito, moneda local, dólares o incluso euros. Es un poco caro. Falta más información en Español: Folletos, mapas, canales de tv, etc.

Gentilissima la ragazza della reception (che tra l'altro parlava anche in italiano) a fornirci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Camera molto spaziosa e ben arredata, per fortuna senza moquette. ottima la posizione. Peccato non aver avuto il balcone anche noi, a differenza dei nostri amici.

“I have travelled with my wife ....Where to start .... Everything was great ... I have travel allot , I can say this one of the best . Staff are soooo friendly and helpful...
