Near the city center Small kitchen, very practical for heating water. Small kitchen in the room (two hotplates) but no glass, knife, fork or pan.

Good for family with small children (kitchenette in the room) who arrive by train. Location in the centre of Neuchatel. No single parking place in front of the hotel. Parking in nearby public garages is very expensive (it could be much cheaper, if the hotel had some permanent parking cards available for its guests). If you plan to arrive by car, take another hotel in Neuchatel.

Clean, Friendly and great location. It is a small hotel with a homey feeling. My room was right next to the stairs so I had to wear ear plugs.

It would be of course better if there was a non-stop reception, otherwise everything was ok.

Cute little hotel which is located near the city center. Only a ten minutes walk to the lake. Staff was friendly and my room was clean. Free WiFi! Room equipment: big bed, a small modern Flat-TV, little kitchen, dining table, shower I had breakfast - was quite good. Good value for money in my opinion. Desperately the elevator was out of service.

Staff very helpful. Rooms large with kitchenette; bring your own pots and pans. Furniture a bit old. Breakfast expensive, but good. Very close to shopping and food. I would stay here again. You need to walk up some stairs to reach the hotel, so not good for the handicapped or old.

Very nice room at the top of the hotel. Room for three people with small kitchenette as a bonus. Fantastic view of the chateau right out the windows. Breakfast was good but expensive, opted out the second day and got croissants from a bakery. Located near public parking and a few blocks from the active parts of the town. A short walk to the lake, with beautiful views and very peaceful feeling. The actual block it's on is somewhat seedy, next to the Salvation Army. Once in the hotel, it's fine. Almost everything was closed on Sunday and also much was closed on Monday, apparently all museums and public buildings are on limited hours in the summer.

The location close to the center of Neuchatel is great, the staff friendly and the rooms comfortable and individually designed. A lot of noise in the morning produced by the hotel staff. No breakfast included in the room rates.

Central to the main areas of Neuchatel. 10 minute walk to the Gare and 5 to the shopping district. Small kitchenette. Free wifi. No air conditioning, incredibly hot. Busiest street imaginable, couldn't open the windows as there were non-stop cars and people even from 2 - 5 am. Very hard to sleep.

The staff were nice, it had free wifi, it was close to the train station and shopping and the room was clean. The room also had a kettle, hob and sink. The room was a bit sparse and, although it had a kitchen, it didnt have plates, cutlery, cups, glasses or any provisions.

Clearly newly renovated and sizable room. The kitchenette facilities were useful. Bring your breakfast supplies - the reception will help with needed dishes. On a busy street with a bit of noisy nightlife but room was nice enough to ignore this.

Central location, clean and spacious room The hotel website is misleading, the reality is quite worse. When you get there, you have the impression to have reached a wrong address. The neighbourhood is something like slums. No parking, no place to download your luggage, nobody helps you, a steep stairway leads to a poor reception. The breakfast is poor and expensive (non included and we didn't buy it). Could be acceptable by half its price. My last stay in that place
