The woman who checked us in and helped us get settled was extremely nice. Very helpful, very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Very nice to have a teakettle to make hot water for tea. The neighborhood around the hotel looks a bit shabby, lots of graffiti etc., but the chateau (now just administrative offices, but you can look around) and the church are just at the top of the hill across the street from the hotel, and from there you can head down the other side of the hill to the old part of the city and so on. |

very good location, friendly and helpful staff, beware that rooms next to lift can (inevitably) be a bit noisy. Backs onto railway, but good secondary glazing seems to keep the noise out |

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, view to the castle. Not the prettiest street in Neuchatel, but just two minutes from the main attractions and shopping. The lake with a small pebble beach within a walking distance. |

Staff was friendly, everything was spotlessly clean. Please do not allow other guests to burn down their kitchens and send the fire alarm ringing in the middle of the night! We would have liked to sleep a few hours longer... |

L'emplacement proche de la rue pietonne Le prix exagéré par rapport à la chambre. Les chambres côtés rues ne sont pas calmes car elles donnent sur la rue principale dans laquelle il y a beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit! Le matin nous avons eu froid au petit déjeuner car les portes étaient grandes ouvertes alors qu'il ne faisait pas si chaud! |

Das Frühstücksbuffet, die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität der mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption Das Dachzimmer war schlecht isoliert und sehr heiß nachts. Duch die geöffneten Fenster kam dann aber nicht nur kühle Luft sondern auch Straßenlärm. |

Grande chambre propre et calme donnant sur l'arrière de l'immeuble .Personnel accueillant et de bon conseil . Hotel très proche du lac et du quatuer historique . Parking public attenant . Hotel situé sur une rue très passante donc une chambre sur l'arrière est souhaitable |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen (Abendessen und Frühstück) war sehr gut. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und es war sehr gut, dass das Hotel einen abschließbaren Parkplatz hat. Das Bad war etwas marode. Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss direkt zur Straße hin, jedoch war es Nachts sehr ruhig, da wir das Fenster nachts immer offen haben, hatten wir ein ungutes Gefühl, ob nicht jemand von außen einsteigt. |

la cortesia del personale tutto: l'accesso molto scomodo, sia dalla strada che dal garage - bisogna fare una lunga rampa di altissimi gradini, caricandosi in spalla i bagagli, le stanze non hanno aria condizionata - si soffoca dal caldo e si resta svegli la notte, il bagno è minuscolo e la ventola non funziona, i letti sono scomodi. |
