Our Hotel Des Arts room was clean spacious and very comfortable. It was newly refurnished in Ikea style furniture and had the amenities that made our stay comfortable. After a long drive it was also nice that the hotel was easy to find and it was easy to park the car. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is in very good condition, decent size room, no bad smells, well maintained, near the old city and near public transportation, in a quite room. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast worked! No airconditioning. Our booking had not been registered as they had changed computer systems - there was no problem as they had a room - however we arrived in middle of a festival so we were fortunate.

Réception ouverte 24/24 Je me suis loupé sur les chambres non fumeurs ou fumeurs. Je n'ai pas vu lors de la réservation qu'il y avait les deux possibilités. Et bien sûr n'étant pas fumeur je tombe sur une chambre fumeur

La situation de l'établissement est parfaite. Le petit-déjeuner excellent. La réceptionniste qui nous a reçu très sympathique et très compétente. Je suppose que les chambres jouxtant la nôtre étaient munies de baignoire spa car toute la soirée nous avons entendu comme une machine qui se mettait en marche puis un bruit continu très désagréable et surtout très soutenu et dérangeant. Puis lorsque que ces baignoires étaient vidées un bruit à nouveau très très fort. Il faisait froid dans la partie salon. La télévision n'est pas super car une fois allongé dans le canapé, l'écran devient presque noir... Il faut être pile poil en face et à hauteur pour bien voir l'image.

L'accueil a été très chaleureux. Nous logions dans une suite wellness qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour vraiment très agréable! La nourriture proposée par le restaurant des Arts s'est avérée excellente. La mauvaise isolation: on entend trop les bruits des autres chambres et du couloir.

Chambre spacieuse, propre, sans tapis, personel courtois et serviable. Bon petit déjeuner. L'hotel etait bien situe pour nos besoins, assez pres du centre-ville et du lac. Une seule chose, les 2 lits jumeaux au lieu d'un lit double.

Le personnel Le petit dejeuner Hyper mal isolé (bruit de la route et froid dans la chambre) duvet beaucoup trop petit pour 2 Photos et présentation donnent envie, mais trop Tape a l œil mais vraiment très très moyen de gamme dans l agencement des chambres = rapport qualité prix pas bon!!
