Good location in centre of town, staff were freindly, hotel was clean and pleasant. Car park was not accessible due to a street festival, I got a 120 CHF parking ticket whilst parked outside. Hotel did not warn me in advance about this problem. The festival was very noisey with music till 3am, was impossible to sleep. |

Die Leute an der Reception waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich finde den Comfort für ein 4 Stern Hotel zu klein. Zudem ist es natürlich schade, dass man nicht im Hotel essen kann. Das Morgenbuffet war sehr mager. |

夜11時30分のチェックインだったが、10時以降は事前にベルを押してから数分待つ旨の連絡が有り、良い- 対応だと思います。 現在は全館禁煙になっているようだが、廊下の煙草の臭いが気になった。 |

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht gerade reichhaltig - Brot aufgebacken. Das Restaurant im Hotel war geschlossen - keine andere Möglichkeit im Hotel etwas zu essen. |
