Nice hotel, close to a gym and a supermarket, I found the room a little too cold and not enough tv channels in English. The reception staff is superb, friendly and helpful far beyond their job description, special thanks to Herve for all the help and advice - I really appreciate it !! regards L

The breakfast was pathetic. The "boiler" for eggs had not even started to warm up when we had to leave. Tea and coffee were cold. Bread not fresh.There was a smell in the bedrooms - like paint but maybe the cleaning agent? The room is small. No air-conditioning means windows open and the street is busy. Trucks seem to speed down the street at night

é um bom hotél três estrelas, localizado no coração de Le Locle, com supermercado em frente. Moderno, com boas acomodações, boa limpeza e bom café-da-manhã.

Nous cherchions un hôtel bien situé pendant la fête des promotions au Locle. En plein centre de la fête, c'était parfait, nous avons pu profiter de l'événement sans utiliser le moindre moyen de transport, notre voiture était en sécurité dans le parking de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont assez bien insonorisées. Ce n'est pas vraiment une critique, mais il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et nous n'avons pas pu laisser la fenêtre ouverte, si nous voulions qu'elle reste insonorisée.

La amabilidad de sus profesionales ünicamente que pedi plaza de no fumadores y parece ser que se confundieron y me dieron una planta de fumadores. El último dia olia a tabaco però el recepcionista que era muy amable me comentó que si queria me cambiarian. También hubo un poco de ruido de otra habitación con respecto a música.

Frühstück war nicht besonders gut, z. T. alte Brötli, nur franz. Streichkäse. sehr lärmig die ganze Nacht Schade, dass das Restaurant nicht geöffnet ist, ausgenommen Frühstück
