It has a very relaxed athmosphere which I loved. The bedroom was really big and had a massive window that gave view to a really nice sunrise. I would defintely stay in Le Chalet again if I have to visit the area.

Hotel is quiet with friendly staff and is 10min away from Neuchatel by highway. The breakfast is a buffet-style but with very limited choice

L'accueil courtois, la qualité des repas du restaurant,la proximité de l'hôtel avec les axes routiers desservant la ville de Neufchâtel (à 20 mn) et les montagnes proches (promenades, frontière française...)

Estrema cortesia del personale.Posizione tranquilla e strategica per chi voglia visitare la zona. Camere ampie, confortevoli, pulitissime. Piacevole la terrazza per cenare all'aperto. Wifi, sebbene ci sia stata subito fornita (gratuitamente) la password per l'accesso, non funzionava (e non è colpa del mio pc, perchè ora sono in altro hotel e sono connesso con wifi senza problemi)

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der preis befindet sich eher an der oberen Grenze für das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet und die halbleere Minibar.
