Convenient location on one of the main squares. Freindly, English speaking staff. Proximity to the funicular can result in a noisy stay. |

The location was very convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful.the rooms were clean. There was little soundproofing between the room I was in and the adjacent ones, I could hear conversations and every sound when people were going to the bathroom/ toilet in the rooms next door to me.Its a pity as otherwise its a good friendly clean hotel, maybe we just need earplugs...... |

Locstion in the centre of the city. Size of room. Safe in the room. All ok as I took note of other comments and asked for a room well away from the noise of the fenicular. Lift in our section of hotel did not work so had to walk through to other section all the time |

Stafff very friendly and helpful The bed broke in the room my last day staying in the hotel. I think the plank beneath the mattress broke. I told the hotel receptionist and I think they may have fixed it. |

very convenient to the funicular tram connection to the station, very close to central shopping and restaurants and short walk to lake. i asked for a quiet room and was pleased to have a room on the 5th floor looking outside towards neighbours gardens. |

A very cosy location(side by side with the funicular transporting to the r/w station), especially when your morning train is rather early. May be it can be a bit noisy from the funicular in action, but I haven't noticed it, however. |

near to the main station, lake, via nassa , friendly helpful staff no air condition , very hot , even they provide a fan but still hot, i think i stayed in an oven , |

Convinient location right in centre next to funicular, which is great if you are travelling by train, no need to take taxi. No airconditioner in the room..was difficult for hot August |

A hotel with all basic amenities and reasonable room rates. We arrived late, the only room available was right on top of the cable car station which causes quite a bit of noise. |

Hotel is very centrally located and staff has been very friendly. As a minor point, I think it is important to mention that I believe that the hotel staff should follow a certain dress code, which I was missing in this hotel. It does not look professional to stand behind the reception in very casual army pants and trainers. The same counts for the breakfast staff, who was showing of her belly piercing. As said, this does not influence the friendlyness of the staff, but coming from the hospitality industry myself, I cannot understand this sloppy way of dressing in a service profession. |

It was very close to the city center and the fact that it was so close to the funicular was no problem. I was afraid that the noise would wake me up in the morning. Staying on the 5th floor probably helped. |
