Room was clean. Air conditioning system did not work very well. I asked about it and they offered me a fan in the room. This would have been ok for a budget hotel, but this is an expensive room (in my mind anyway). |

The free use of the municipal swimming pool (both indoor and outdoor) only 5 minutes walk away. Decent fitness room for a hotel of this size/class. Food quality at the restaurant. Price of food at restaurant - despite good quality and taste. |

Excellent staff at the reception, flexible. The sound from the street and railway and somehow, although the window was completely open, it stayed extremely warm in the room. |

Nothing really to comment as I just stayed overnight. The location is convenient right on the Kloten Railway station and few kilometers from the Airportwith good shuttle bus service to the airport. |

Adjacent to the Kloten S-Bahn station, clean, interesting decor, 5 minutes from the airport, airport shuttle Nothing in particular. This isn't a destination hotel, but it is nice, convienent and priced well for Zurich |

hotel staff were a big help,nice modern design and size of the room,free 1 battle of spring water,free shuttle to the airport every 30 min ,i was able to buy ticket for the train in the hotel for 12.50 F (5 min walking distance to the train station and 15 min ride to the city) and you can use this ticket 24 hours in the city for any kind of transport,include a little boat air conditioner is very slow,too hot,no refrigerator at all,no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom,no hot rack in the bathroom to dry wet things |
