Very quiet and clean. Good security system. Every staff is warm-hearted. Have to pay extra money in order to obtain internet service. |

Great place. 100% value for money. Clean, pretty close to station, nice atmosphere, great rooms, decent breakfast. Nothing, all budget hotels should be like this. |

Clean, simple modern Ikea like interiors, big room, easy connection to main station. Way too many drunks making noise on the street all night. Impossible to leave windows open. |

Not too far from Luzern downtown and the train station. The staff at the reception desk was too busy sometimes, and I had to wait until they finished what they were doing to get help. |

Their location and breakfirst are ok. And it is pretty clean. if the reception can run 24 hrs or close at 12.00 pm everyday. |

Very clean, near the Lucerne Station. Good location. Decent breakfast spread. They let me store the luggage for the morning while I went around the old city. Nothing really. Its just a very basic hotel, so don't expect luxury. |

The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Everything seemed pretty new. The location was great too. And the breakfast was excellent. I had a great stay. It was annoying to have to pay to use the wireless internet. I have been travelling across Europe, and the wifi was free in all the other hotels I've stayed in (and they were all cheaper than the Hotel Alpha, too!) Sure, the wifi rate wasn't expensive, but it's just annoying to be nickel-and-dimed. |

We had a room on the corner with a balcony and a good view of Mt Pilatus. Most of the rooms had a more basic view. The room had all the basics and was quite well appointed. The breakfast was also basic but did the job. The shared bathroom and showers were fine too. Overall this was good option for a short stay in Lucerne. |

hotel staff is very helpful wifi signal doesn't reach to my room, Ratio of shared bathroom is tight and there is not floor towel in the shared bathroom. |

Price is reasonable, and it is located in a quiet place. Just locate 5-8 mins from the railway station. Very easy to find. I don't like the shared bathroom and toilet. |

Very clean and large spacious rooms with very friendly staff. Internet is cheap. No TV in our room but there are communal TV rooms and lounge rooms which are great. Unfortuntaley, a man peeking under the shower door! We told reception and this has not happened before, but still not a great experience! |
