Great location 10min walk to city/station. Bathrooms clean. Breakfast is the usual, cereal, toast, jam, coffee. Would recommend this hotel. Heating very good for Winter time. |

Very nice, comfortable room, and centrally located to everything. Walls are sort of thin, I could hear everything from the room next door. |

I booked a double room and got a triple room only for us to use. So the room is big. Shared toilet and bathroom is clean and convenient. It's within walking distance to train station and city center. And it's a surprise to have breakfast included in such a good price. The room has strong smell of paint. |

The breakfast in the morning was good as it was included in the price. The location was very convenient and the city centre was within a short walking distance from the hotel and the main train station. The room was non-smoking however smelled strongly of smoke. We even opened the window for ages and the smell remained. |

Nice light room, cheap for Lucerne. Nice feel to the place. Clean and enough shared facilities so that you didn't have to wait to use the showers or toilet. Good location. Although shared bathrooms were clean, there were some signs of mould. |

The "hotel" is run like, feel like, and looks like a youth hostel. Although advertised as a smoke-free hotel, it is not. Anyone intollerent to tobacco and cigarette smoke should not consider to stay here as people are allowed to smoke in all the passages, even close to the breakfast area. |

The rooms were surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was good, and the location, while several blocks from downtown, was easy to find. We had to have a room with shared bathroom facilities. This turned out to be ok as there was a W/C in the women's shower room and the showers were very clean. |
