Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, znajduje się tuż przy dworcu. Łatwo dotrzeć do miejsc wartych obejrzenia, nawet jeśli nie ma się wiele czasu na zwiedzanie miasta. Czysty, wygodne łóżka, uprzejma obsługa, kameralna atmosfera. |

It is a very clean hotel with an excellent and very helpful straff. It si a bit expensive. The price is not commensurate for the type of rooms they have. Also the breakfast was rather poor and with a smaller choice of items offered. Lastly it is not very far from the station but it is nither very close to it. Walking that distance with the luggage is a little hard. |

The very close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof. The convenience and quality of the breakfast facilities. The comfort of the bed and bedding. High quality of furnishings and room finishes. Due to construction activities at the adjacent building it was very noisy in the afternoon and early evening when a quiet environment would have been preferable after a long plane flight. We did request a quiet room when booking. The answer to the following question is thus a qualified yes. |

hospitality of staff was excellent very poor breakfast among all european countries.Many people go for a heavy breakfast and skip lunch particularly. The top management should look into such importent issues. since hotel industry is a service oriented . regards, gunasingh chelladurai. |

Hotel's location is very convenient - close to the main places of interest (old town, lake, etc are just in walking distance), as well as to Central station and shopping streets. Staff is very kind and helpful (I beleive they are one of the main advantages of the hotel, like home atmosphere), rooms are (even my room was quite small) equiped well - hairdrier, safe, etc. Generally speaking it's small nice hotel, maybe the best choice for this price. |

close to the train station (by foot) and to the old city. No one told us in advance that there is a lot of noise because of renovation works in the building. we had to get up at 08:00 and leave the hotel. |

Reason for choosing this hotel was the convenience to the train station. You must choose the right exit cause getting to the hotel was hard. Leaving for the train station was much easier & closer! The continental breakfast was only breads,coffee or tea,juice. The washroom was very tiny. The room was very old looking & the air con wasn't blowing cold air even though there were sounds coming from it. Room was bit stuffy. Luckily it wasn't that hot and opening the window was good. Was pricey for what we got. Considering the night before we were in Geneva & same price got us a modern looking large room with huge washroom. |

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the station, having to get a train at 5.20am on the morning of departure. (The only drawback was that the train ended up leaving from the platform the furthest away from the hotel... and it was a long walk.) The price in relation to other hotels in the town was good. Breakfast was very basic but adequate. |

Yes. The staffs were so nice. The nice guy in the evening, the lady in the morning...The hotel was very clean, comfort and nice location! Nothing. Only there is no clear sign from which part of the train station is the best way to go to the hotel. For the first time visitor to zurich, it needs more clear direction. |

Within a 10 min walk of the train station, and well situated without being on a main street. Breakfast rather sparse, unless you are prepared to pay more for other than the basic. Although not on a main road a lot of traffic noise from early in the morning. |
