Superb location. It looks far away on the map from Bahnofstrasse but it's actually only 4 stops (around 4 mins at most) to the centre area. Staff were excellent and helpful, and it is a great location for a city break. A bit expensive, but then so is the whole city! |

The location and breakfast. The bed was a little bit too soft and they had wheels, so we were rolling around the bedroom every time we turned during our sleep. And the price was a little bit too high for the hotel, it could be a bit cheaper. |

Everything was perfect for a comfortable stay, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice decor, breakfast service in the room, room decor, mini bar extended to bathroom where toothbrush, deo etc available. Someone snoring in a room next door could be heard at night |

excellent service, good location, food in the restrauant is fabulous. a little bit expensive. no air conditioner, too hot almost can't bear in summer. my room is not double bed. the Japanese restrauant already closed. |

I thought the breakfast staff in the restaurant were v.pleasent and excellent as they remembered our beverage order for the duration of our stay. The apples readily available and use of hotel umbrellas for the guests were nice extras to enjoy. I didnt particuarly like the room keys. |

Best hotel of our 2 weeks in Switzerland! Location was outstanding, across street from Train station, which you could not hear the trains, catch trams in front to downtown quickly. This 4 star hotel was exception in ALL facets, and the breakfast was outstanding! You'll love it! No and we would return in a second, highly recommend to everyone! |

Sauberkeit, sehr gute Lage Gestört hat die Schiebetüre zum Bad/WC. Balkon war super. Licht ein wenig dürftig. |
