The location and breakfast.

The bed was a little bit too soft and they had wheels, so we were rolling around the bedroom every time we turned during our sleep. And the price was a little bit too high for the hotel, it could be a bit cheaper.

Everything was perfect for a comfortable stay, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice decor, breakfast service in the room, room decor, mini bar extended to bathroom where toothbrush, deo etc available.

Someone snoring in a room next door could be heard at night

I thought the breakfast staff in the restaurant were v.pleasent and excellent as they remembered our beverage order for the duration of our stay. The apples readily available and use of hotel umbrellas for the guests were nice extras to enjoy.

I didnt particuarly like the room keys.

Best hotel of our 2 weeks in Switzerland! Location was outstanding, across street from Train station, which you could not hear the trains, catch trams in front to downtown quickly. This 4 star hotel was exception in ALL facets, and the breakfast was outstanding! You'll love it!

No and we would return in a second, highly recommend to everyone!

Big, comfortable room with balcon

There were no any available info about extra deposit credit card charge during stay 340 CHF.Staff did not say about it. Restorant open 6:30 a.m., but hot breakfest just from 7:00 p.m. At last morning we was living without breakfest.
