L'accueil courtois, le service impeccable. L'hôtel est très propre et les lit vraiment confortable. Rien à redire. Je recommenderais à mes amis. |

J'ai beaucoup aimé le confort de la chambre qui était grande et charmante, j'ai également apprécié la salle de bain qui était grande elle aussi. Nous avons très bien dormi, les lits étaient propres et confortable! Le petit déjeuner nous a satisfait aussi, les produits étaient frais et délicieux!! Le personnel était gentil, souriant et serviable. Heu... Le café... Trop fort à mon gout... :0) |

Bon accueil, personnel parlant le français et sympathique, j'ai pu prendre ma chambre 2h avant l'heure prévue sans difficulté, chambre très propre et calme |

The rooms are very large and always clean. BBC1 and BBC2 available on the TV which alone would bring me back to this hotel. Lovely breakfasts and extremely comfortable beds. I would have loved to have a minibar and perhaps some gym facilities. The location isn't ideal (20 mins walk from station) but I am going to hire a bike next time! |

Very clean and spacious rooms. Huge bathroom. Breakfast buffet included. Helpful front desk. Around a 10-15 minute walk to city center. Expensive, but the best reasonably priced hotel I could find close to the city center in Bern. |

Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious bathroom. Good view, nice balcony, ideal to smoke outside. Good channels on tv, we enjoyed the Greek channels very much. Breakfast was just ok, we prefer rolls and buns instead of loafs normally. The room could have been swept more thoroughly and by the way we prefer upholstering but the carpet was ok. |

All staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. We were ten blocks from the train station, arrived at the hotel early and they held our baggage until "check-in time" so we could explore the beautiful city of Bern. Breakfast was more than adequate, could have cost up to 15 Swiss francs at a restaurant, so count that as an expense saved. Would definitely stay here again. |

Hotel had car parking available and was within easy walking distance of city centre. Bedroom and bathroom were both big. Breakfast was good, staff very helpful. |

My room was very nice. Everything seemed to have been recently renovated and I thought the design was tasteful and warm. The bathroom was great. Breakfast was good as was the hotel restaurant. |

Best value I have found so far in Bern. Clean modern quiet rooms, and good food at reasonable prices in restaurant. Safe car parking, and wireless internet at high speed. |
