Astoria Swiss Quality Hotel  

The location was very good.

The room was well cleaned but there was an awful strong bleech-like smell, I am guessing from the detergent they are using to clean the bathrooms. It was extremely bothering and unpleasant. Also, the rooms was quite cold and I had to use both blankets to be able to sleep.

Very large room and en-suite. Clean, quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. About 15 minutes on foot from the station. Good breakfast. Very good choice of TV channels, including three from the BBC. Expensive but in Swiss terms very good value for money.

Free parking available at the hotel. Big room and bathroom. The room was nicely decorated.

No minibar. Breakfast was pretty basic. Location was alright but a bit far from the centre. The price was a little bit high concerning the location.

The hotel is well located. It is clean and well maintained. No extra payment for parking.

The hotel is located in the centre not far from the railwaystation. We sent two nights in comfortable room and very good quality breakfest.

We got a nice spacious room with a big bathroom (with bathtub) and balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Quiet surroundings.

I have to mention this man (probably the boss or the owner of the hotel) at breakfast who kept ordering the other employees around and "helping" people to make their hot drinks in very unfriendly and unpleasant way. He actually caused chaos rather than help.

Otelde kahvaltı dışında genel durum iyiydi. Kahvaltıda müslüman veya vejeteryan olanlara yönelik seçenekler kısıtlıydı. Yurt duışında güvenerek beyaz veya kırmızı et yiyemediğimiz için vejeteryan menüleri tercih ediyoruz. Kahvaltıda ekmek seçenekleri güzel ama çay ve ekmeğin yanında yenebilecek şeyler; nutella, tereyağı, margarin, bal ve reçel oluyor. Malesef peynir çeşitleri kısıtlı ve salam vb. bir kırmızı etten yapılan (janbon olabilir) çeşitlerle içiçe sunulduğu için güvenerek yeme şansımız kalmıyor. O nedenle bu gibi hususlara hassasiyet gösterilirse bu sevimli otel çok daha sıcak bir konaklama ortamı sağlamış olacaktır.

Gemütliches Hotel, Zimmer im 4. Stock recht ruhig. Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Bad. Wunsch nach Zimmer mit Badewanne wurde erfüllt. Gratis Parkplätze beim Haus.

Es fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank

Ruime kamer, goed ingericht.

Très grande chambre, très propre, mais aucun service (boissons). Par contre le restaurant de l'Hotel est très bien.

La stanza ed il bagno erano molto ampie e luminose. Dal bagno si poteva anche uscire su di un balconcino piccolo ma simpatico.

La stanza era piena di polvere soprattutto attorno al letto e nel bagno c'erano diversi capelli di donna sia nella vasca che nel lavabo (il giorno dopo, nonostante fosse passata la signora a sistemare la camera, erano ancora lì). Il ristorante era chiuso per ristrutturazione, ma senza informare la clientela. La colazione, come tutto il resto, era minimalista. L'albergo ha detratto direttamente dalla carta di credito, e ancora prima del nostro arrivo, l'importo del nostro soggiorno senza chiederci il benestare. Lo staff non era particolarmente socievole. Giudizio globale: bella stanza, ma non ci tornerei.
