Great location, quaint building, nice atmosphere. Elevator was useful for elderly guests. Breakfast was excellent, European style. Coffee was not available in the morning, unless you purchased the 20 CHF breakfast. |

The room was clean. When I called the hotel from the railway station the male receptionist did not want to give me the bus number that comes to the hotel and wanted me to walk. He had no smile on his face and we did not feel welcome. There was a sign in the room that you cannot eat, cook or smoke in the room. How can someone tell you not to eat - This is outrageous. There is a reason how housekeeping was created. |

la posizione comoda e la camera la non possibilita' di avere la camera con aria condizionata, ce ne sono solo otto e mi hanno detto che erano gia' prenotate, i sanitari un po obsoleti e la mancanza di prodotti in omaggio, in bagno ci sono solo due dispenser di sapone al muro |
