Kunnostettu uima-allas oli lapsille hieno asia. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Koko neljän hengen perhe mahtui samaan huoneeseen yöpymään. Kylpyhuoneen siivoaminen oli unohtunut. |

Location was good, price was reasonable for four adults. There was no parking except in a garage and very, very disappointed in the breakfast that you had to pay for separately -- very expensive for nothing. |

Close to Lucerne's old town. Room and bathroom was clean. Good price. Low ceiling in the room made it feel a little claustrophobic. |

The hotel is very central and ideal for shopping and site seeing. The room was a good size and we liked the decor. No noise and ceiling fans. The night we arrived we were given a double bed room instead of the twin that I had requested (2 friends not a couple). We were moved the next day to a twin room. Breakfast was not very exciting. |

Pool good. Rest looks tired. Stayed there in June 2000. Do not advertise free WI-Fi when there was none and no attempt to fix it during our two day stay. They have IT specialiats in Luzern? |

L'hôtel a honteusement surbooker notre chambre. Résultat le soir de notre arrivée notre chambre n'était pas disponible. La réceptionniste a prétexté que la cliente qui occupait notre chambre et qui aurait du la libérer, était tombée malade. Nous ne croyons pas un instant à cette histoire. L'hôtel affichait "zimmer frei" mais ces chambres n'était pas au même tarif que notre réservation. L'hôtel aurait donc pu nous héberger dans une chambre d'une catégorie superieure. Au lieu de çà, la réceptioniste de l'hôtel nous a proposé une place dans un autre hôtel le "Drei Konige" chez qui elle avait fait une réservation pour nous. Un hôtel qui selon elle offrait rigoureusement le même niveau de prestation. Evidemment ce n'était pas du tout le cas. |

Das Haus an sich gefällt mir sehr. Speisesaal, Aussenterrasse und Pool sind toll. Man fühlt sich wohl. Duschen war kaum möglich, da nur ein Rinnsal aus dem Duschkopf fliesst. Vor allem die Dusche war nicht sauber; die Wände müssten mal wieder geputzt werden, die Armaturen entkalkt etc. Ich fand noch Haare vom Vorgänger in der Dusche. |

Die absolut zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Geschäften. Nein, wir finden es ein gutes Hotel. |

Zeer net hotel direct aan de oude binnenstad met alle bezienswaardigheden. 's Zomers zelfs een heus buitenzwembad in de binnentuin. |

La ubicación por su cercanía a la zona de interés y a la estación del tren El tamaño de las habitaciones. Reservamos para 4 personas y dos de las camas que metieron como adicionales eran sumamente pequeñas y la habitación no tenía el espacio suficiente para que estuvieran las 2 camas. El ventilador (porque no tiene Aire acondicionado) estaba en malas condiciones y era sumamente ruidoso |

De familiekamer dat was de reden dat dit hotel naar voren kwam!, centrale ligging, ontbijt, zwembad etc.We waren nl. op doorreirs naar Italië en verbleven 2 nachtjes in Luzern, om ook een beetje van Zwitserland te proeven. Het enige is dat we het in verhouden voor 2 nachtjes erg duur vonden. 550 zw.fr voor 2 nachtjes en dan ook nog excl. ontbijt. |

Está muy céntrico, al lado de la zona peatonal y de la estación central. La piscina si hace calor es un alivio, aunque el agua está un poco fría, nosotros la usamos. El desayuno, aunque algo justo de variedad, permite reponer fuerzas y comenzar bien el día.Tranquilidad absoluta. |
