We had an upgrade for no extra cost, the room was excellent The room whilst being of very high standard had one major defect, the odour extractor fan in the toilets were not working. The breakfast was very badly organised, and when we arrived there was little choice. |

We were given a room which fulfilled all the criteria we requested. Only a small thing. There are rennovations going on in the hotel, and our air conditioning was very temperemental. However, the staff made valiant efforts to rectify the problem, and by the time we left at the end of two weeks it was running perfectly. |

Our room was very clean and bright overlooking the lake. The food in the hotel, both breakfast and evening was excellent. Good value for money. |

the location is very nice, reception staff was nice and attentive, rooms are nice and the view is great the restaurant staff was very unpleasant, the a/c did not work, very expensive for what it is |

Superb views and very good food The hotel bathroom was a disappointment compared to the room and general hotel decor. If the bathroom matched the rest of the facilities I would have rated it as excellent |

Lakeside position, Reception staff, general ambience Reception although given assurance that due to my late arrival the kitchen would be able to supply something to eat, this was countermanded by the extremely abrupt Head Waiter. The extraordinary arrangment was made on my behalf by the excellent Receptioist but I was assured by the head waiter he was the controller of the kitchen and not the chef de cuisine! |

The restaurant was very well appointed with lake views all around and the meals supurb,staff very attentive. I can see that some people might be put off by the renovations that are going on but dont be put off it doesnt interfere with the comfort of the patrons at all,it is a very beautiful hotel. |

It has just finished a renovation since I stayed there last in May and it is impressive. The combined Sushi/Restaurant is a great addition. |
