Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα ή για "μη εμφάνιση", θα χρεωθείτε με την πρώτη νύχτα.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 5 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται CHF 60,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 4.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
100% του ποσού που αντιστοιχεί στην πρώτη διανυκτέρευση θα χρεωθεί την ημέρα κράτησης κι επιστρέφεται.

The bedroom was really excellent, as is the location of the hotel. I filled in an evaluation form after my previous stay at the hotel, and the hotel responded to this. In spite of my comments below, I still like this hotel - reception staff are very good. As I have said before, the restaurant is not up to the general standard of the hotel. If I wanted Japanese food, I would go to Japan. The bar and restaurant are not comfortable for a woman on her own. I had to walk out of the bar because the waitress thought it more important to replenish her ice boxes than to serve a woman on her own. I still think that the breakfast buffet is poor value at 22 francs. Since my stay in Beaulac, I have stayed in an Irish hotel, with a similar quality room, and an excellent breakfast buffet included, for €72. |

Nice lobby, bar and restaurant. Good location with great views over the lake. Friendly, helpful staff. Quite a few spiders in the room! Service on the terrace was a bit slow. |

It would have been wonderful to have a room on the lakeside...however, it was fully booked. Unfortunately there are no hot-tub or sauna facilities. I think a hotel of this cost and star-ranking should offer both. |

Great location, clean rooms, room was big enough for a weekend, Staff in bar/restaurant area were slow, or simply to few to deal with the all the customers, although the place was not fully booked. However, there are plenty of other places in the area. |
