To get away from it! This hotel is a disaster and vastly overpriced! For CHF 520 one has to carry one's own baggage to one's room; there is no turn-down service, linnen is not changed, not a single flower in the room, not allowed to open windows, no balcony, parking in the basement is only for achrobats and reservation does not work. Could add half adozen more things... Definitely not recommended!

Great location. The room was huge and really nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was not such a big deal, it was ok, but it was way too expensive for what it was.

Location, bedroon design , view, and the food quality. Staff at breakfast were unfriendly and seemed annoyed at being asked for a cappuccino - happier for us to take the coffee in the flask.Not a 4 star service mentality. Bathroom design was very basic compared to the room layout. Parking arrangements were not ideal. I would have expected some spa facilities I would have liked to be able to open my bedroom window

Great location and fantastic resturant with great service and menu. Rooms are well appointed and decorated. Loverly views from the lakeside rooms Front Reception staff rude and uncaring which spoilt an otherwise excellent hotel experience

Lovely view from window! And the breakfast was yummy :) It would have been nice with a gym on site.. And the bathroom was quite small and run down (looked 70's). It was quite pricey, over 400 franc for 2 nights... But I guess everything is expensive in Switzerland.

Hotel is fine and comfortable. Reception at arrival poor, otherwise nice.Standaardrooms: bathroom to small, no cupboard and so no possibility to unpack your luguage. Luxury room: bed very small .only one small!! Down for 2 pers. Next day 2 uncovered down and 1 sheet!! Equipment of the standard rooms

It's very difficult if you drive to the hotel and there's no parking nearby. You have to use a public carpark which is quite far away.

The location is great, and the rooms spacious and up-to-date. Did receive a upgrade to a lakeside room. The restaurant seems overpriced for the amount of service you receive. Glas on the sofa, Order not completely delivered but still on the bill. Service very slow at the end of the evening, staff was more busy with turning the dining room into the breakfast room.
