the location is very nice, reception staff was nice and attentive, rooms are nice and the view is great

the restaurant staff was very unpleasant, the a/c did not work, very expensive for what it is

Superb views and very good food

The hotel bathroom was a disappointment compared to the room and general hotel decor. If the bathroom matched the rest of the facilities I would have rated it as excellent

Lakeside position, Reception staff, general ambience

Reception although given assurance that due to my late arrival the
kitchen would be able to supply something to eat, this was
countermanded by the extremely abrupt Head Waiter. The extraordinary
arrangment was made on my behalf by the excellent Receptioist but I was
assured by the head waiter he was the controller of the kitchen and not
the chef de cuisine!

The restaurant was very well appointed with lake views all around and the meals supurb,staff very attentive.

I can see that some people might be put off by the renovations that are going on but dont be put off it doesnt interfere with the comfort of the patrons at all,it is a very beautiful hotel.

It has just finished a renovation since I stayed there last in May and it is impressive. The combined Sushi/Restaurant is a great addition.

Very little - it is being renovated. The location is convenient for the town centre.

The room had just been decorated smelled heavily of paint, the A/C had been removed, in August! The corridors were hung with bare wires and light bulbs. The wires almost blocked the corridor, a fire hazard. The stairs were blocked because of painting, fire hazard! Workmen's tools were left in the corridor. The building was covered in scaffolding incl. outside the window - security hazard. The staff said sorry - so what?

Calme, vue sur le lac et rénovation particulièrement réussie.
Ambiance détendue

Parking public gratuit jusqu'à 10h00 pose problème. Préfère payer et ne
pas avoir le souci de l'heure.

WundeschöneLage mit Blick auf Hafen und See

Haare auf dem Boden, kleines Zimmmer, veraltete Einrichtung (Lack blättert ab etc..), Service beim Frühstück (3x nachfragen, bis Kaffee kommt), kein Hotelparkplatz
