La gentilezza della ragazza bionda che la mattina del 7 marzo mi ha aiutata a ritrovare l'auto che mi avevano porato via. E' stata molto solerte e brava Non ho apprezzato la mancanza di comunicazione da parte del vostro hotel quando la sera del 6 marzo mi è stata portata via l'auto in quanto pare fosse in una posizione che dava fastidio. La persona che era alla reception la sera del 6 è stata molto vaga nel dirmi dove poter parcheggiare l'auto visto che l'albergo non aveva più postoi disponibili. Avrebbe potuto dirmi che c'era un parcheggio sotterraneo, mi sarei risparmiata € 180 di multa. |

We were given a room which fulfilled all the criteria we requested. Only a small thing. There are rennovations going on in the hotel, and our air conditioning was very temperemental. However, the staff made valiant efforts to rectify the problem, and by the time we left at the end of two weeks it was running perfectly. |

The restaurant was very well appointed with lake views all around and the meals supurb,staff very attentive. I can see that some people might be put off by the renovations that are going on but dont be put off it doesnt interfere with the comfort of the patrons at all,it is a very beautiful hotel. |
